Upadhyaya has chosen Finessin as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Upadhyaya drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jimenez looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jimenez looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jimenez!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Valentine feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rock sprawling to the canvas! Rock rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Valentine finish him?!
Oh Rock is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Valentine darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Rock's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Valentine before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Corey Valentine really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that RISE Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
