The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunlop closes the distance and clinches up with Yelats, looking for a takedown. Dunlop pushes Yelats against the cage but Yelats circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dunlop wants to land a leg kick but Yelats is out of range.
Dunlop throws a combination. Yelats tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like King Yelats has been cut.
Dunlop ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yelats moves away.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Yelats has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Yelats looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dunlop is fending him off so far but Yelats persists. Nope, Dunlop circles away and we're back to standing.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Baroni enables Zero to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Baroni manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

I was talking to Filipovic's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Filipovic pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Fog rushes Hendal and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Fog lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Fog is working for takedown but Hendal is calmly controlling the position for now.

Hendal has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Fog celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Mitchell looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Silva throws a jab when Mitchell was well out of range.
Silva throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mitchell's waist but Mitchell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Silva closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Mitchell stuffs the takedown.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
