The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serengeti shoots in looking for a takedown. Sobrino tries to sprawl out of it but Serengeti keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sobrino manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sobrino looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Sobrino keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Kelly (ranked 3057 p4p, 309 weight class) and Rajko Lars (ranked 4427 p4p, 410 weight class). Kelly kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Angel in Disgrace. Rajko Lars told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Lars lands with a straight right. Kelly didn't see that one coming.

Lars lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kelly bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Kelly tries to move to mount but Lars blocks the move with his legs.
We've been hearing good reports from Kelly's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Lars tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kelly wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

I think Alela might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ground Zero (MOP). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camara goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
