Green rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gazimagomedov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Aronna's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Bongrips is holding on here and Aronna must be using up a lot of energy. Bongrips has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Aronna gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Robinson is looking for a sweep. Silva is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

My spies in UnderGround Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu inform me that Silva has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Payne slaps away a takedown attempt from Lock, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Lock closes the distance and clinches up with Payne, looking for a takedown. Lock pushes Payne against the cage but Payne circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lock closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Payne to the mat! Payne manages to get full guard.

Payne has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lock off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hyabusa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
