Smith feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lavice sprawling to the canvas! Lavice rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Smith finish him?!

It looks like Rene Lavice has been cut.
Smith throws an uppercut from hell that sends Lavice clean off his feet! He's out cold! Smith stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shahab Bihamta.
Well Blois has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
