The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyagi lands with a hook. Baker tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Jonny Baker has been cut.
Baker fails in his attempt to clinch.

Miyagi sends Baker crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Miyagi is motioning to the referee to let Baker up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Baker is rocked!
A combination from Miyagi does no damage.
Oh Baker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Baldur Torsten has been cut.
Viitta is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Viitta throws a head kick that misses
and Torsten counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Torsten has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.
Viitta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Torsten is looking to counter with a body kick.
Torsten throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Viitta on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Torsten. Torsten obviously looking to wear him down.
Torsten needs to keep his hands up - Viitta had a free shot at his head there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Torsten is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Viitta flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Viitta is out cold! Torsten holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
