Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Butch on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Miz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Harrington has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Michel is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Harrington.
