At 15 Uestus Johnson started bareknuckle boxing to help support his poor family, Though at his age not being able to knock anyone out he was able to to use unorthodox bouncy movement with his hands flying up from his low guard to hit his oppenent when ever he saw an opening and constantly taking awkward angles, giving him lots of decision wins and going 58-13 (22kos) before eventually being picked up and brought to MMA.

Either way, it was a great fight, and I can still walk away proud of the performance. I hung in there, and we threw nonstop until the final bell. I also think of Leon as one of the most accurate fighters so my defense was surprisingly good against him. (Feb 26, 2023)
