Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ramazan Jainar (ranked 3176 p4p, 2883 weight class) and Cobweb Cooter (ranked 387 p4p, 357 weight class). Cooter has chosen Porch Honky as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramazan Jainar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cobweb Cooter!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jainar throws a leg kick but Cooter sees it coming and moves out of range.
Jainar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cooter unleashes a big counter combination but Jainar bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Cooter takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Cobweb Cooter has been cut.
Cooter scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
That kick from Jainar tenderised Cooter's leg. Cooter is trying to keep his angry face on.
Cooter blocks a head kick by Jainar.
Cooter throws a front kick aimed at Jainar's knee but Jainar avoids it well.
It looked like Jainar was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Jainar uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cooter.
Jainar jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Jainar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Cooter throws out a loose jab but Jainar uses good head movement to avoid it.

Jainar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cooter manages to avoid it.

Jainar takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Jainar walks into a straight right hand from Cooter.
Cooter misses the shot to the body.
Cooter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cooter avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jainar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Jainar connects with a solid leg kick.
Cooter walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Jainar takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Jainar looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
The crowd cheers as Cooter lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jainar doesn't seem phased though.
Cobweb Cooter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jainar connects with an inside leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cooter throws a right and a left that both miss.

Cooter throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Jainar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cooter takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Cooter fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jainar looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jainar. Cooter does a little dance to reset his feet.

A quick step to the side and Jainar tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jainar throws a right hand that misses
and Cooter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cooter missing with a left hand there. Jainar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cooter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Jainar throws out a loose jab but Cooter uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cooter throws a shot from downtown. Jainar moves away and avoids it.
Cooter tries to land a front kick but Jainar steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Cooter loads up on a big right hand but Jainar slips the punch.

Jainar throws a low kick, looking for Cooter's leg but Cooter calmly moves out of range.

Jainar ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Cooter throws the kick towards the body but Jainar avoids it.

and Jainar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cooter misses with a straight left.
Jainar lunges at Cooter with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cooter's hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cooter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
As Cooter tries to get set, Jainar tries to push him back and clinch up but Cooter manages to avoid the attempt.
Cooter throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jainar on the side of the head.
Cooter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jainar was well out of range. Poor timing from Cooter.
Cooter lands the left hand.
Cooter misses with a jab to the body
and Jainar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jainar misses with a wild body shot.
Cooter throws out a loose jab but Jainar uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jainar fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Cooter is out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cooter! But no joy.
Cooter throws a big shot that misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jainar tries to break the clinch but Cooter is controlling the position.

Cooter tries to pull guard but Jainar holds him up against the cage and eventually Cooter drops back down to his feet.

Jainar blocks a punch to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jainar creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Cooter digs a right hand into Jainar's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Jainar's gas tank.
Cooter lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jainar backwards.

Cooter presses Jainar against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Oh Jainar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Cooter pushes Jainar against the cage. Cooter is working some dirty boxing. Cooter pushes off with a quick right hook! Jainar goes down! Jainar tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Cooter moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cobweb Cooter!
Cobweb Cooter decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
