Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roman Kos (ranked 2207 p4p, 1886 weight class) and Uestus Johnston (ranked 272 p4p, 243 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Johnston's choice of entrance music: Clint Eastwood- Gorillaz. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Uestus Johnston!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnston throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Kos throws a big counter combination but Johnston scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Kos throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Johnston.
Kos throws a hook to the side of Johnston's head but Johnston sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Johnston lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Well Johnston has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
