Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rory Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chip Freedom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Falling Down by Staind. Freedom has chosen Star Spangled Banner as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz connects with an inside leg kick.
Freedom misses with a hook.
Freedom misses with a straight right.
Diaz defending well as Freedom loads up on a big left hand.
Freedom throws a right hand that misses
and Diaz counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Freedom thinking.
A jab from Freedom finds it's way through Diaz's defenses.
Freedom throws a leg kick that is checked
and Diaz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Freedom tries to score with a low kick but Diaz moves his leg out of the way.
Freedom throws a hook but Diaz blocks it.
Diaz wants to slow Freedom down by chopping away at his legs.
Freedom throws a series of punches but Diaz avoids them all with ease.
Freedom throws out a loose jab but Diaz uses good head movement to avoid it.
Freedom tries to close the distance and clinch but Diaz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Diaz walks into a left hand.
Freedom sizes up Diaz with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diaz misses the shot to the body.
Freedom misses with a looping left.
Freedom ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diaz moves away.
Freedom throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Diaz throws a lazy right hand but Freedom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Freedom lands a leg kick that knocks Diaz off balance momentarily.
Diaz takes one on the button.

Diaz is rocked!
Freedom seems to be stalking Diaz here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Diaz drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
