At the age of 14, Rory clinically died from a heroin overdose. Recovering in the hospital bed, Rory made a promise to himself to change his life. He found God and MMA. Not a day goes by for Rory "The Living Dead" Diaz without emotional and physical pain. But his passion for MMA has kept him from relapsing.
