The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jussier Rodrigues Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Silva enables Parrish to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Silva manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Silva is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Parrish is aware though and is defending well.

Parrish gets to his feet. Silva looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Silva stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Silva wants it to stay on the feet.

Parrish shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Parrish knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.

Parrish stops Silva from standing up.

Parrish throws an elbow that misses. Silva uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Parrish's guard. Nice move by Silva!

Parrish is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Silva wants to control but Parrish is keeping busy.

Thanh Parrish showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
