The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Sobolev there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sobolev bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Martin closes the distance and pushes Sobolev back into the cage.
Martin tries to work over Sobolev's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Martin scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Martin managing to block the knees to the body from Sobolev.
Sobolev's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Sobolev has Martin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Martin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Martin lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Sobolev backwards.
Martin works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Martin pushes Sobolev back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Martin lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Sobolev to his knees! Martin keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
