The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bridges throws a head kick that misses.

Bridges has Oriol up against the cage in a clinch.

Oriol blocks a body shot from Bridges.

Oriol goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bridges prevents it.
Bridges wants to break the clinch but can't.
Oriol is trying to break the clinch but Bridges has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oriol scores with a shoulder strike.

Oriol drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oriol is trying to control the position but Bridges postures up.
Oriol is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bridges is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Oriol lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
Bridges trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Oriol pulls Bridges in close to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Oriol throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Bridges has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Oriol to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bridges is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Oriol pulls down on the head and he's put Bridges to sleep! This one is all over!
