The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carvalho throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Bobby Lashley has been cut.
Lashley looks for a takedown but Carvalho sprawls well.
Lashley takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Lashley tries to move into range but Carvalho moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Bobby Lashley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carvalho gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lashley is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Carvalho to keep the fight standing.
Carvalho scores with a nice hook to the head.
A nice right hand lands inside from Carvalho.
Carvalho is leaning against Lashley and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Carvalho manages to break the clinch.
Carvalho throws a quick inside leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lashley tries for a takedown but Carvalho circles away easily
and Carvalho counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Lashley is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Lashley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lashley switches off momentarily and Carvalho cracks him with a monster right hand! Lashley topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Carvalho dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Carvalho!
