The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bugatti pinned against the cage. Bugatti gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Jones tries to keep at a distance but Bugatti has taken the fight into the clinch.

Bugatti drops Jones onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Jones is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Jones has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Bugatti lands a big right hand that drops Jones! The killer instinct kicks in and Bugatti finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Bugatti!

A very excited looking John Bugatti rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
