Anderson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Toss it Up. Chief Bear is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Bear!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Anderson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bear scrambles back to his feet.
Anderson digs a good body shot into Bear's ribs.
Anderson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Anderson connects with a right hand. Bear shakes it off.
Anderson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bear fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anderson avoids it really well and circles away.
Anderson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bear is out of range and Anderson settles back down.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Bear throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Anderson was covering up waiting for the punch and Bear finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bear throws a big right hand that misses.
Bear throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Anderson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Bear missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bear tries to free his leg and advance position but Anderson is retaining full guard.
Anderson is trying to control the position but Bear postures up.
Bear is working Anderson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Bear with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Bear keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Anderson's head.
Bear is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Bear postures up in Anderson's guard and throws a big left but Anderson blocks it.
Bear makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.


Anderson is rocked!
Bear working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Anderson's head.
Oh Anderson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bear postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Anderson covers up, he's hurt! Bear keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Bear and the ref steps in to end the fight! Bear can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chief Bear!
After the big win, Chief Bear made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Woodshins' Ship and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
