Pele grew up in Samoa, a country full of big people. To keep his big time napoleon complex at bay Pele started boxing at a young age. He only ever fought as an amateur but he quickly made a name for himself because of his power. He moved to Australia to help a boxer prepare for a big fight at the age of 23. He managed to find a job in Australia and kept training. Through the gym he met Max Marks who convinced him his power will go along way in MMA, considering the 6 ounce gloves.
