Ultimate Hardcore Fighting 3 was our first sell out, and our fighters put on quite a show for all in attendance. The event was headlined by three welterweight bouts, with Vincent Wallace and Duke Weebalos in the main event. Also on the card, eight heavyweights competing in our 265lbs tournament to crown a champion.
Our heavyweight tournament kicked off the night with Im Ard submitting Alex Dos Santos by armbar at 1:29 of the first round. The tournaments second match-up Bubba Bubba needed only 55 seconds to finish Billie Ray Jorgensin with the second armbar of he night.
Continuing with the 265lbs tournament we saw Dave Rowlans end Andy Loow's night in just 28 seconds with some brutal punching power, leaving him out cold. Jones Crosby however would get "knockout of the night" for his on punch knockout of Walter Chelsea earning him the fourth and final spot in U.H.F. 265lbs championship tournament.
In the co-main event of the evening we saw welterweight Tobias Franklin earn "submission of the night" for his win over Brad Jones. Jones was able to score an early takedown, but Franklin was able to sweep Jones right into an armbar for the fourth armbar finish of the earning.
The main event this evening saw Vincent Wallace overwhelm Duke Weebalos with constant punching attack. Weebalos sowed good punching defense, but was unable to get any thing as Wallace never stopped attacking. Even when Wallace took the the fight to the ground his attack did not stop. In the only fight of the night to go the distance Vincent Wallace would earn the unanimous decision. |
