It looks like Jack Encarnacao has been cut.
Encarnacao changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pacquiao tries to avoid it but Encarnacao manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pacquiao to the ground. Pacquiao escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Pacquiao enables Encarnacao to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pacquiao manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
