Rugg throws a lazy right hand but Northcote sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Northcote shoots for a takedown but Rugg saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rugg throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rugg is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Fabian throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Machida stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Machida misses with a hook. Fabian ducked under it nicely.
Machida stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Fabian.
Dameon Machida is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Machida throws a half hearted mid kick.
Fabian tries a head kick but it misses.

Fabian bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Fabian loses concentration momentarily and Machida pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Fabian crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Machida finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
