Paixao goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Paixao dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jones. That did some damage!
Paixao tries to land a front kick but Jones steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jones closes this distance looking for a takedown but Paixao circles away.
Jones tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Jones tries to clinch up.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Octavio Paixao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Anduw throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silva stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Silva drops back, looking for a kneebar! Anduw looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Anduw looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Anduw!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to George Steele.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hughes lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Castillo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Castillo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hughes shoots in looking for a takedown. Castillo tries to sprawl out of it but Hughes keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Castillo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice straight punches there by Castillo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Castillo.
Castillo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Hughes keeps control of Castillo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
