 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dominguez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dominguez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dominguez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Klemke really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dominguez misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velazques rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage. Velazques looking to throw knees to the head but Miller is blocking nicely.
Miller has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Velazques is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Miller manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Miller is on top in guard.
Miller stops Velazques from standing up. Miller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Velazques with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Miller can't handle though.
Miller throws a big right hand that misses. Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Velazques is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miller stops Velazques from standing up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Miller pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Velazques is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Velazques is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Miller looks to clinch
and Velazques counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Miller's guard now. Miller is looking to sweep but instead, Velazques has passed into half guard.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Velazques takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Velazques tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Velazques is tying to control. Miller wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller manages to get to full guard.
Miller keeping moving, preventing Velazques from controlling successfully. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Miller wants to stand but Velazques is controlling the position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Miller is trying to control the position but Velazques postures up. Miller is breathing heavily. Velazques preventing the sweep.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Velazques shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Velazques tries to stand but Miller is controlling from the bottom. Velazques sitting in guard here, content to control. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Miller has his takedown stuffed
so Velazques counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Miller looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Velazques puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Velazques looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Velazques wants to stand up but Miller is controlling the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Miller is looking for a sweep. Velazques is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Miller missing with punches from the bottom.

Velazques decides to stand and escape the position. Nice sprawl there from Miller as Velazques shoots in. Miller fails with the takedown
and Velazques decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Miller's guard.
Velazques decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Miller, up you get! Velazques with a lazy takedown attempt
and Miller counters by moving into the clinch.
Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller lands a jab to the nose.
Velazques darts in and clinches Miller up against the cage.
Velazques pulls guard effortlessly. Velazques preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Cain Velazques has got the better of the ground game so far. Velazques is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Miller tries to free his leg and advance position but Velazques is retaining full guard. Velazques wants to get back to his feet but Miller is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller scoring with some ground and pound.
Velazques uses the cage to get back to his feet.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Velazques. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Miller tries to clinch up but Velazques circles away and keeps his distance. Miller closes the distance looking to clinch
and Velazques counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Velazques. Miller wants to break the clinch but can't.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Miller has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Velazques avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Velazques connects with a nasty looking knee right to Miller's face.

so Velazques counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Velazques preventing the sweep. Miller throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miller looking for a sweep. Not yet Miller, not yet. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Cain Velazques showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Velazques has clasped his hands together around Miller's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Miller sneaks back into half guard. Velazques tries to pass to full mount but Miller defends it. Miller is looking for a sweep. Velazques is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Miller pushes Velazques off but Velazques dives into side control.
The referee asks Velazques politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Velazques prefers to stall for the moment though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Miller is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Miller is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Velazques is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Miller is desperately trying to improve his position but Velazques has a good base and remains in mount. Velazques cracks Miller with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Miller can't escape the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller is working hard here to advance position. Miller wants to hold on but Velazques pushes him away. Velazques controlling from the full mount. Velazques avoids the attempt from Miller to control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Velazques controlling from mount. Velazques wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely. Brock Miller has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Velazques prevents Miller from getting the reversal.
And that's the end of the fight! Cain Velazques comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Velazques has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Jackson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Jackson stuffs the takedown. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jackson to score with a decent uppercut. Jackson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. fonseca jr takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jackson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Nice shot by Jackson. Jackson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping fonseca jr at a distance.

Good leg kick by Jackson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Jackson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Jackson lands a right hook to the body.
Nice uppercut there from Jackson. Jackson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jackson dips to his left and cracks fonseca jr with an uppercut! fonseca jr is trying desperately to land a takedown but Jackson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for fonseca jr. fonseca jr takes one to the chin there. Jackson connects with a nice looking jab.
Jackson lands the left hand. Jackson scores with a jab to the body. fonseca jr walks into a stiff left hand from Jackson. Jackson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. fonseca jr looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Jackson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. fonseca jr uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jackson.
fonseca jr takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Jackson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. fonseca jr shoots for a takedown but Jackson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nice shot lands for Jackson. Jackson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Jackson scores with a shot to the body.

Jackson is looking to wear down fonseca jr with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. fonseca jr takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A swing and a miss from Jackson.

Good standup being displayed there by Jackson as he connects with a hook. fonseca jr takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. fonseca jr on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Jackson swats away the attempt to clinch by fonseca jr. Jackson lands a right hook to the body.

Jackson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Jackson works fonseca jr's body with a nice hook. fonseca jr closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away.
fonseca jr scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Jackson tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. fonseca jr tries to control but Jackson wriggling away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Jackson really doesn't like being in this position too much.
fonseca jr can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jackson is looking to escape. Jackson avoids a strike by fonseca jr and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in fonseca jr's guard! Fantastic escape!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. fonseca jr wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Jackson is now in half guard. fonseca jr wants to sweep but Jackson has passed to side control!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. fonseca jr is positioning himself to get back to half guard. fonseca jr tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Jackson presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to ismael fonseca jr. I think fonseca jr has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
