The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kang misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brannigan throws a lazy head kick and Kang counters with a nice body kick. Zapp Brannigan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kang misses with a head kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cricket throws a lazy right hand but Harkonen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Harkonen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Harkonen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Harkonen fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladamir Harkonen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Harkonen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Harkonen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cricket to the mat! Cricket manages to get full guard. Harkonen controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Harkonen trying to control the position from guard on top but Cricket is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harkonen trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Harkonen stopping the sweep attempt from Cricket. Harkonen showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cricket wants to sweep here but Harkonen controlling him for the moment. Cricket controls Harkonen momentarily but Harkonen frees himself. Harkonen wants to control from the top but Cricket keeps moving.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Harkonen. Harkonen is looking to take a break and control but Cricket is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cricket manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harkonen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cricket does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cricket is trying to control but can't.
Cricket is looking for a sweep. Harkonen is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are battling for position here. Cricket manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Harkonen showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Cricket working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Harkonen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Harkonen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Harkonen trying to control the position from guard on top but Cricket is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cricket looking for a sweep. Not yet Cricket, not yet.

Harkonen with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Harkonen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cricket on the ground. Cricket keeping moving, preventing Harkonen from controlling successfully.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Harkonen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cricket tries to avoid it but Harkonen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cricket to the ground. Cricket escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Harkonen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cricket pinned against the cage. Cricket gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Harkonen clinches up against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Harkonen drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cricket pulls his leg out and moves away.
Harkonen scores a takedown into full mount! Harkonen avoids the attempt from Cricket to control. Harkonen looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vladamir Harkonen dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Harkonen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Harkonen. Cricket throws a wild body kick that Harkonen sees coming a mile off. Cricket keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladamir Harkonen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cricket attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harkonen shoots in but Cricket avoids the takedown attempt easily. Cricket thows a body shot but no joy.

Harkonen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Harkonen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cricket swivels and escapes. Nice sprawl there from Cricket as Harkonen shoots in. Cricket lands a right hook to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cricket drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Cricket thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Cricket trying to control the position from guard on top but Harkonen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cricket trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cricket throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harkonen works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Cricket trying to control but Harkonen is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cricket seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Harkonen controls Cricket momentarily but Cricket frees himself. Cricket wants to pass the guard but Harkonen is keeping the position.

Cricket postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Harkonen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Cricket, into his guard. Harkonen controls from within his opponent's guard. Harkonen looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cricket is looking for a triangle but Harkonen pushes his legs off easily.

Rickety Cricket showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Cricket is in all sorts of trouble here.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Vladamir Harkonen just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Harkonen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Cricket counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Harkonen is trying to control but can't.

Cricket throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harkonen works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Harkonen looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cricket is one step ahead there. Harkonen is trying to keep Cricket in close.

Perhaps he's looking to stall. Harkonen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Harkonen tries to get out of the position. Cricket throwing strikes but missing.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vladamir Harkonen. I think Harkonen has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Bolton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bolton connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Bolton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dupont tries to close the distance and clinch but Bolton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dupont tries for a takedown but Bolton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Bolton misses the shot to the body. Bolton throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Dupont closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bolton circles away. Roose Bolton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zo Dupont. Bolton stuffs the takedown. Roose Bolton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bolton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dupont moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A punch lands to the side of Dupont 's head but he takes it in his stride. Bolton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Horrible takedown by Dupont or perhaps it was just good defense by Bolton which made him look bad. Nice takedown defense from Bolton. No joy for Dupont on that attempt. Dupont looks gassed! No joy there for Bolton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bolton lands with a right that hurts Dupont. Dupont looks to clinch but Bolton throws a short knee that drops Dupont. This one is all over!

Tanner lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Cherry falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Troy Tyson! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Dean Styles and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lang pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tyson loads up on a big right hand but Lang slips the punch. Lang swings for the body but Tyson moves out of range.
Lang misses with a two punch combination.
A combination from Tyson does no damage. The crowd cheers as Lang lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tyson doesn't seem phased though. Lang throws out a leg kick but Tyson moves out of range and Lang only half commits. Lang falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tyson moves into the clinch. A hook to the body from Tyson.

Tyson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lang or not. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Tyson. Tyson lands a body shot in the clinch.
Lang is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tyson has Lang pressed against the cage.

Tyson jerks Lang's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Lang drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Tyson goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Tyson because Lang was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
