 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prknjac is looking to slow DeBlunt down with leg kicks. Krele Prknjac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. DeBlunt moves out of range of the body kick. Nice uppercut there from DeBlunt. Prknjac will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Prknjac takes one to the chin there. Prknjac has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from DeBlunt finds it's way round the side to connect with Prknjac's head.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belmonte misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lewis slips a jab and a cross from Belmonte.
Gabriel Belmonte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Belmonte throws a hook but Lewis avoids it easily. Lewis avoids a kick to the body.
Belmonte misses with a head kick.
Belmonte throws a head kick that misses. Belmonte throws a right and a left that Lewis avoids nicely. Belmonte throws a sloppy head kick and Lewis moves out of range easily.
Lewis takes the fight into the clinch. Lewis fails to pull guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belmonte tries to break the clinch but Lewis is controlling the position. Lewis looking to slow down the pace here. Lewis tries to land a knee to the head but Belmonte blocks with his arms.
Belmonte escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Belmonte throws a right and a left that both miss. Belmonte scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Lewis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Belmonte swats him away and circles back towards the center. Belmonte digs a good hook to Lewis's body.
Lewis walks into a jab. Belmonte lands a with a good body shot. Lewis throws a big shot that misses. Belmonte lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Belmonte will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lewis has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
 Lewis is rocked! Belmonte throws a combination. Lewis tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Oh Lewis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A right-left combo lands from Lewis. Belmonte lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Lewis falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Griffin throws a head kick but McClane moves out of range.
Griffin digs a good hook to McClane's body.
Griffin jabs McClane right on the nose. McClane blinks but takes it well. McClane lands with a right hand. A big right from Griffin misses. Griffin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McClane throws a shot from downtown. Griffin moves away and avoids it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Griffin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McClane closes the distance and clinches up with Griffin, looking for a takedown. McClane pushes Griffin against the cage but Griffin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. McClane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Griffin throws a looping overhand right but McClane ducks down to avoid it.
McClane tries to keep at a distance but Griffin has taken the fight into the clinch. McClane swings away with an uppercut that misses.
McClane breaks from the clinch.
McClane shoots in and bounces Griffin off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. McClane preventing the sweep. McClane trying to control but Griffin is working from the bottom.
 That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McClane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Griffin doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
McClane throwing strikes but missing. McClane trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Griffin looking for a guillotine here but McClane defends easily.
McClane is looking to work some ground and pound but Griffin has wrist control.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. McClane lands the left hand. McClane stuffs the takedown. Griffin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McClane is fending him off so far but Griffin persists. Nope, McClane circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Digger Griffin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McClane closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McClane lands in his opponent's guard. Griffin is breathing heavily. Griffin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McClane is controlling him.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Griffin wants to sweep here but McClane controlling him for the moment. McClane stands up over Griffin, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Griffin controls McClane momentarily but McClane frees himself. McClane controlling from the top position. McClane won't allow Griffin to sweep him here. Griffin trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Griffin looking for a guillotine here but McClane defends easily.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Griffin cracks McClane with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Griffin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
McClane shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McClane showed some decent athleticism there.
McClane seems to be looking for submissions.
Griffin is trying to get back to full guard. McClane controlling the action here. Griffin is trying to defend against the ground and pound but McClane scores with a couple of nice shots.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. McClane looks to score some points with some ground and pound. McClane slows the pace down in half guard. McClane slips a nice elbow through Griffin's hands, connecting with Griffin's forehead. McClane performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Griffin is in trouble now - McClane has advanced to mount! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. McClane is landing with some decent strikes but Griffin is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McClane lands with some strikes. Griffin is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

John McClane dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Griffin takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Griffin misses with a series of wild punches.

McClane lands with an overhand left. McClane throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Griffin stumbling backwards into the cage! Griffin bounces back off the cage towards McClane, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! McClane lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! McClane celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

James trying to control but he's not successful this time. CHEESEBURGER is looking to get to half guard. James trying to control but he's not successful this time. A nice elbow there by James. CHEESEBURGER is looking to get to half guard. CHEESEBURGER slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. James scoring with strikes to the body and head. James wants to free his trapped foot but CHEESEBURGER is holding on for dear life with his legs. CHEESEBURGER tries to get to full guard but James has control of the leg.
James is looking for a kimura but CHEESEBURGER is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for James to get the leverage. James frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. CHEESEBURGER is looking to get to half guard. CHEESEBURGER regains half guard. James thows a huge punch but CHEESEBURGER dodges it nicely.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. CHEESEBURGER wants to control but James is keeping busy and won't allow it. CHEESEBURGER is in trouble now - James has advanced to mount! James avoids the attempt from CHEESEBURGER to control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. CHEESEBURGER is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
CHEESEBURGER tries to get back to half guard but can't. CHEESEBURGER throwing hammer fists to the chest of James. What's that going to do exactly? CHEESEBURGER can't escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. CHEESEBURGER regains half guard. CHEESEBURGER is pressing down on James's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. CHEESEBURGER trying to keep a closed guard but James is proving a slippery customer.
CHEESEBURGER utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. James stopping the sweep attempt from CHEESEBURGER.
CHEESEBURGER has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but James can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. CHEESEBURGER looks gassed!
James drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and James jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

James thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

James passes CHEESEBURGER's left leg - he's now in half guard. James wants to stand up but CHEESEBURGER has a hold of him and won't allow it. CHEESEBURGER trying to control but James postures up.
James is looking to advance position but CHEESEBURGER won't allow it.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
CHEESEBURGER has one foot on James's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. James will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

James is fighting off a takedown attempt but CHEESEBURGER is just too persistent for him and manages to trip James to the mat. James regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. CHEESEBURGER pushes down on James's leg and manages to get into half guard.

James has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. CHEESEBURGER is working away from the top position though.

CHEESEBURGER jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but James manages to avoid the submission attempt. James is looking for a sweep. James stops CHEESEBURGER from passing to mount. James is trying to buck CHEESEBURGER off. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. James tries to buck CHEESEBURGER off but CHEESEBURGER is having none of it.

CHEESEBURGER has gone for a leg lock! James slips out almost immediately though and dives into CHEESEBURGER's guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now CHEESEBURGER is on top in guard.
CHEESEBURGER throws and elbow that misses. James uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in CHEESEBURGER's guard. Nice move by James! James trying to control the position from guard on top but CHEESEBURGER is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. James has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. CHEESEBURGER throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

James is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. James makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. CHEESEBURGER has a closed guard, preventing James from standing up.

James manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. James is working the ground and pound from guard. BIG CHEESEBURGER showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

James looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but CHEESEBURGER puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. CHEESEBURGER is nestled in close to James, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. James wants to control but CHEESEBURGER is keeping busy and won't allow it. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. CHEESEBURGER lands a nice short elbow. CHEESEBURGER is looking to advance position but James won't allow it. CHEESEBURGER is nestled in close to James, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. James tries to roll over but CHEESEBURGER keeps him under control. James is refusing to be controlled, as CHEESEBURGER sits in half guard. CHEESEBURGER throwing shots but James is blocking nicely.

CHEESEBURGER gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, James regains guard.
James looking to hit a scissor sweep but CHEESEBURGER is one step ahead there. James is working hard here to advance position. James trying to control the position here. James avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

James escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. CHEESEBURGER gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. James wants to stand and escape but CHEESEBURGER is having none of it. James can't keep his opponent in guard - CHEESEBURGER advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
CHEESEBURGER decides to stand and escape the position. James moves in looking to clinch but CHEESEBURGER pushes him off. CHEESEBURGER avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
CHEESEBURGER clinches up against the cage.
CHEESEBURGER has hold of one of James's legs. James is fighting the takedown attempt but CHEESEBURGER gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

CHEESEBURGER has hold of James's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and James manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. James keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
CHEESEBURGER raining down shots from the mount!
CHEESEBURGER is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. James can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

And that's the end of the fight! BIG CHEESEBURGER comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well CHEESEBURGER has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Campbell is looking to clinch but Spies is avoiding it.
Campbell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Spies swats him away and circles back towards the center. Campbell misses the shot to the body. Campbell misses with a body kick. Campbell shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spies as he avoids it easily. Spies throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Campbell's waist but Campbell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Spies off to one side. Campbell tries to clinch but Spies moves out of range. Spies closes the distance looking to clinch
and Campbell counters with a takedown into side control. Campbell working the body and head with strikes. Spies is looking to regain half guard here but Campbell keeps moving and retains side control. Spies on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Campbell avoids the strikes from the bottom by Spies. Campbell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Spies gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Spies scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Campbell throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Campbell wants to get back to his feet but Spies is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Campbell striking off his back but it's not causing Spies any problems. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Horrible takedown by Campbell or perhaps it was just good defense by Spies which made him look bad. Campbell misses with a head kick.
Spies feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Spies is in close to Campbell's body, working some short punches and elbows. Spies passes easily into side control. Nice work. Spies cracks Campbell with a big right hand but Campbell just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Spies landing strikes. Spies in side control lands a decent elbow. Spies lands a few punches from side control. Spies trying to control the position but Campbell is working away. Spies tries to move to mount but Campbell blocks the move with his legs.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Campbell takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Campbell tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Spies wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Spies tries to clinch and Campbell counters with a one-two to the body. Some wild striking there from Campbell.
Campbell stuffs the takedown attempt from Spies. Spies gets slowly back to his feet. Spies doesn't manage to clinch there - Campbell circles away.

and Campbell counters by clinching up. Campbell has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Spies avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Campbell using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Spies has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Campbell wants to sweep here but Spies controlling him for the moment. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Spies's corner. There ya go! There ya go! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Trouble for Spies! Spies wants to control but Campbell is having none of it. Campbell putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Spies gets back to half guard. Campbell looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Spies is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Campbell's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Campbell's back! Spies is not going to allow Campbell to sit and survive in this position. Campbell is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Spies is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Campbell is in bad spot here.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Campbell working the head and body with strikes. Spies manages to get to full guard.

Nicely done. Spies lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Campbell! Campbell really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Campbell is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Spies in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Spies is landing with some decent strikes but Campbell is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Spies pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Campbell is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Campbell is trying to escape the mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Spies cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Campbell takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Spies with the ground and pound from mount. Spies lands with some strikes. Campbell is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Spies postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Campbell looks a forlorn figure.

August Spies has got the better of the ground game so far. Spies punishing his opponent with strikes. Spies fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Campbell manages to regain half guard. Good work. Campbell slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Spies drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Campbell manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Spies has Campbell in his guard. August Spies has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Spies wants to sweep but no luck. Campbell cracks Spies with a solid left hand. Spies looking to hit a scissor sweep but Campbell is one step ahead there.
Spies has his foot on Campbell's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Campbell works his way back into a safe position though.

Blunts looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Ford tries to kick Blunts off but Blunts keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Ford is looking for a sweep. Blunts is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Nice strikes from Blunts there. Blunts thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ford's head. Ford is looking to control Blunts's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ford avoid being mounted? Blunts sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ford defending well though. Blunts looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ford with a short hammerfist. Ford plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Blunts misses with a wild body shot. Ford goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Blunts throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ford's waist but Ford gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blunts off to one side. Luke Ford has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of J Blunts. Blunts thows a left - swing and a miss! Ford throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Ford connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Blunts scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Blunts looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Blunts uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ford. Blunts blocks a leg kick. Ford throws a nice inside leg kick. Some bone on bone action there as Blunts checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Blunts takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Ford falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Ford was out before he hit the floor!

Fanger is trying to stick to Liddell's back but Liddell is turning into Fanger. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Fanger's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Liddell.

And that's the end of the fight! Kurt Liddell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Liddell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. David Paul showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Not yet Paul, not yet. Khan stays in close to Paul's body and controls the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Khan wants to pass the guard but Paul is keeping the position. Paul wants to stand up but Khan is controlling him.

I wouldn't like to be where Paul is right now. You can see the frustration on Paul's face as Khan controls the position. Paul gets back to half guard. Paul trying to control but Khan postures up.
