Abraham wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hamsik, who protects the arm well. Hamsik is looking for a sweep. Abraham cracks Hamsik with an elbow. That is naaassty. Hamsik takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Hamsik is looking to regain half guard here but Abraham keeps moving and retains side control. Hamsik is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Abraham looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hamsik with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Thomson tests Carter's chin there with a solid looking shot. Nice cross by Thomson. Carter throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Thomson on the side of the head. BOOM! Carter lands a beautiful left hook that drops Thomson. Thomson tries to recover but Carter is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Thomson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

He tries to recover but Muromets pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Johnson is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

CD moves out of range as Bell strikes. Bell throws a nice inside leg kick. Bell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but CD was well out of range. Poor timing from Bell. and CD counters with a thumping low kick. CD smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Bell checks a low kick from CD. A bone on bone clash there as Bell blocks the leg kick.
Bell throws a right and a left that CD avoids nicely. Bell throws a body kick the misses and CD counters with a low kick, right behind Bell 's knee. Bell looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Bell connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between CD's hands. CD lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
CD fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bell.

Bell throws a leg kick that is checked and CD cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
