The bell rings for round one and we are underway! daddy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Hunt tries to clinch but daddy is having none of it. daddy throws a series of punches but Hunt moves out of range. Nice sprawl there from Hunt as daddy shoots in. Hunt wants to clinch. daddy throws a right and a left that Hunt avoids nicely. Hunt moves into the clinch. daddy looking to slow down the pace here. daddy can't break the clinch.
Hunt lands an elbow just above daddy 's eye. daddy tries to pull guard but Hunt holds him up against the ropes and eventually daddy drops back down to his feet.

Hunt has closed the distance and engaged daddy in a clinch.
Hunt will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning daddy up against the ropes. Hunt lands an elbow that stopped daddy in his tracks for a moment. Hunt lands a nice elbow.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at big daddy's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

I think Dunham might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sentenced - Leverage. maroon comes into a darkened arena with his song building. yes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from maroon does no damage. maroon scores with a punch to the head. Dunham takes a shot to the body in his stride.
maroon lunges at Dunham with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Dunham's hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. maroon dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Dunham is breathing heavily. Dunham tries to clinch there but maroon circles away.
maroon closes the distance and clinches. maroon ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. maroon no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Dunham preventing the sweep. Dunham is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but maroon has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dunham is looking to defend but maroon has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dunham! maroon pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dunham taps out and this one is all over!

Nice. ola looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. ola is trying to get an arm triangle but Morgan is defending well. ola is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Morgan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. ola is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Morgan is trying to escape and ola transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Morgan is forced to tap! Nice work there by ola! Very nice indeed!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tamil is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kannegaard. Kannegaard tries to bum rush Tamil with a series of wild strikes but Tamil uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Good shot there by Tamil. Tamil is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kannegaard. Tamil misses with a straight left. Kannegaard changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A big right from Tamil misses. Nice uppercut there from Kannegaard. Tamil throws a right and a left that both miss. Some wild striking there from Kannegaard.
Tamil is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kannegaard. Kannegaard lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kannegaard keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tamil. Kannegaard moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Kannegaard scores with a one two! Tamil had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tamil misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kannegaard avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kannegaard misses with a two punch combination.

Tamil looks gassed! Kannegaard fails to land with a series of punches.
Tamil takes one on the button. No joy there for Kannegaard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kannegaard lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kannegaard.
Tamil is rocked! Kannegaard misses with a few strikes there.
Tamil is still on wobbly legs! Can Kannegaard finish him? Kannegaard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tamil seems to have recovered his senses. Good standup being displayed there by Kannegaard as he connects with a hook. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kannegaard lands a jab to Tamil's midsection. Kannegaard dances in with a quick combination. Tamil is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Kannegaard snaps Tamil's head back. Tamil stumbles backwards against the ropes. Kannegaard steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Tamil's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Tamil just didn't come prepared.

Whitaker looking to hit a scissor sweep but bronze is one step ahead there. bronze scores with a decent looking elbow strike. bronze is looking to work some ground and pound but Whitaker has wrist control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Whitaker wants to sweep here but bronze controlling him for the moment. bronze postures up and lands a big shot to Whitaker's brow. bronze trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. bronze loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Whitaker is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Whitaker has a hand on bronze's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. bronze takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! He's managed it - he's now in full mount! bronze has hold of Whitaker's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Whitaker manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Whitaker looks gassed! Whitaker has hold of bronze's hands but bronze slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Whitaker punching from the bottom.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. bronze works his way into full mount! bronze landing shots from mount. Whitaker in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. bronze looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whitaker bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! This has been an exciting period of action! Whitaker stopping the sweep attempt from bronze. Whitaker is looking to work some ground and pound but bronze has wrist control. Whitaker postures up in bronze's guard and throws a big left but bronze blocks it. Whitaker thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. bronze wants to sweep here but Whitaker controlling him for the moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Whitaker trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Whitaker drops back, looking for a kneebar! bronze looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. bronze looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from bronze! bronze thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Pervis Whitaker has been cut. bronze's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and bronze duly obliges. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fight stays on the outside here - bronze looks like he's thinking about clinching though. bronze takes a jab right on the kisser.

bronze gets in close and instigates a clinch. bronze is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Whitaker gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Whitaker gets a trip takedown into half guard. bronze missing with punches from the bottom.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. bronze lands a nice short elbow. Whitaker is looking to improve his position.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Whitaker looking for submissions off his back. Whitaker is pressing down on bronze's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. bronze cracks Whitaker with a solid left hand. Whitaker trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! mr bronze overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. bronze pushing down on Whitaker's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Whitaker tries to get to full guard but bronze has control of the leg. bronze passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Whitaker! bronze scoring with strikes but Whitaker is staying in there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. bronze cracks Whitaker with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Whitaker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Whitaker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but bronze paws at him with a jab and circles away. mr bronze is winning the standup battle so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. bronze throws a leg kick but Whitaker sees it coming and checks it nicely. Whitaker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. bronze tries to avoid it but Whitaker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag bronze to the ground. bronze escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. bronze instigates a clinch. bronze gets control of Whitaker's arms and successfully pulls guard. bronze will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. There's a bit of a scramble here and now bronze is on top in guard.

A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
