10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vlad Krukiov! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krukiov missing with a left hand there. F was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Krukiov scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Krukiov misses with a low kick as F jumps back. F has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Krukiov finds it's way round the side to connect with F's head. Krukiov looks to land a left hand but F moved out of range nicely. Nice shot lands for Krukiov. Krukiov throws a right and a left that both miss. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. F jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Krukiov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as F throws out the jab. Krukiov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from F.

Krukiov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from F. Krukiov lands with an uppercut that bounces F off the cage and back into rage. F loads up on a big right hand but Krukiov slips the punch. Krukiov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by F. Krukiov misses with a wild body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A slow jab from F misses its intended target. Krukiov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. F misses with a straight left. F throws a predictable looking body shot
letting Krukiov counter with a right hand. Good exchange - F coming out on top. Krukiov darts in and out, connecting with a jab. F uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Krukiov.

and F takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. F slips a jab from Krukiov. Krukiov is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round!F had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. F ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Krukiov digs a good hook to F's body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Krukiov connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Krukiov scores with a nice strike. Krukiov ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. F takes a shot to the body in his stride.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Krukiov misses the shot to the body. Krukiov cracks F with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. F throws the left hand but Krukiov avoids the punch easily. F loads up on a big right hand but Krukiov slips the punch. Krukiov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Krukiov tries a low kick but F avoids it. Krukiov lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

F ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krukiov moves away. F throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Krukiov takes a swing at F's ribcage but misses. Krukiov throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A telegraphed takedown attempt from F is defended easily by Krukiov. Krukiov throws a sloppy head kick and F moves out of range easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. F throws a body punch but Krukiov moves out of range. Krukiov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but F manages to avoid it. Krukiov throws out a loose jab but F uses good head movement to avoid it. F misses with a looping right. Krukiov looks to score with a jab to the body but F is just out of range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Krukiov uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Krukiov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from F. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. F takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Vlad Krukiov seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Krukiov moves out of range of the strikes. Krukiov ducks under a wild hook from F. Krukiov takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

F closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Krukiov did well to prevent F getting side control. Krukiov is pressing down on F's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. F controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. F preventing the sweep.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Krukiov is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but F is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gonzales drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Fuego is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Fuego working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gonzales. Gonzales thows a big elbow that misses. Gonzales stops Fuego from standing up. Gonzales looking to pass the guard. Fuego uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Gonzales is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Gonzales is pressing down on Fuego's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Gonzales throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Fuego must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Fuego won't allow Gonzales to sweep him here. Gonzales lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fuego! Fuego is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Gonzales is working for a guillotine from mount but Fuego frees his head quite easily.
Gonzales looking to secure an arm triangle but Fuego defends it well. Fuego tries to reverse the position but Gonzales maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuego tries to hold on but Gonzales pushes him away. Gonzales thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fuego sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Fuego is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gonzales is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fuego defends it well. Fuego actively working from the bottom here. Gonzales is looking for a kimura. Enrique Gonzales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jayden Fuego. Gonzales misses with a jab, cross combination.

He's hooked one of Fuego's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fuego's back! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Fuego trying to control but not successfully. Gonzales connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Fuego to escape the position.

It looks like Carlos Slewton has been cut. The fighters circle, before Limba throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Slewton's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Limba lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turjake thows a body shot but no joy. Grandmasion connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Grandmasion stuns Turjake with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Grandmasion throws a series of punches but Turjake moves out of range. Grandmasion throws a push kick but Turjake slaps the foot to one side. Turjake closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Turjake lands in his opponent's guard. Grandmasion wants to stand but Turjake is controlling the position. Grandmasion is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Turjake trying to hold on to Grandmasion's head to control him but Grandmasion postures up.

Grandmasion escapes and gets back to his feet. Grandmasion lands the left hand. No joy there for Grandmasion, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Wood will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
