The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Guy throws a jab but it's blocked by Bagwell. Guy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bagwell steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Guy. Bagwell thumps Guy with a low kick. Guy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A left lands for Bagwell. Bagwell bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Guy's head backwards. Bagwell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Guy's half guard. Bagwell is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Guy defends it well. Bagwell is taking a breather. Guy says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Bagwell uses his free foot to push down on Guy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Guy.

He has the arm isolated but Guy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Guy tries to buck Bagwell off but Bagwell is having none of it. Bagwell trying to control the position but Guy is working away. Bagwell working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Bagwell is looking to take a break and control but Guy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bagwell remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Bagwell drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Guy wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bagwell is now in half guard. Guy wants to improve his position but Bagwell is controlling well.

Buff Bagwell dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bagwell scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Guy staying out of range there. Crazy Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bagwell stuns Guy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Bagwell swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Guy. Guy throws a lazy right hand but Bagwell sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bagwell punishes Guy's body with a nice straight punch. Guy on the wrong end of a nice hook. No joy there for Guy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Guy gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Guy looks to throw the jab but Bagwell is out of range. Bagwell scores with a crisp jab that stopped Guy in his tracks. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A low kick from Guy misses letting Bagwell counter with a right hand.
Guy is rocked! Guy closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Oh Guy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Bagwell counters with a big right hand! Oh Guy is in trouble here! Bagwell follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cartman moves out of range as Dillon strikes. Cartman closes the distance and clinches up with Dillon, looking for a takedown. Cartman pushes Dillon against the cage but Dillon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dillon throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cartman on the side of the head.
It looks like Eric Cartman has been cut. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cartman. Cartman is trying to land an Americana. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dillon throws a series of punches but Cartman avoids them all with ease. Cartman avoids the body shot from Dillon.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dillon misses with a looping left. Cartman with poor footwork there. Dillon cracks Cartman with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A decent looking cross lands there for Lesnar. Lesnar works over Rasputin's head and body with a nice combination. Lesnar cracks a nice hook into Rasputin's ribs. Lesnar shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lesnar showed some decent athleticism there. Rasputin regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Lesnar.

Lesnar postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lesnar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Rasputin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Good exchange - Lesnar coming out on top. Lesnar scores a takedown into full mount! Lesnar is landing with some decent strikes but Rasputin is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Lesnar throws some wild stikes that Rasputin manages to avoid easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lesnar thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Lesnar keeping moving, preventing Rasputin from controlling successfully. Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lesnar is pulling down on Rasputin's head to control his posture. Rasputin stopping the sweep attempt from Lesnar. Piotr Rasputin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Lesnar slips under a jab. Rasputin stuffs the takedown. Lesnar scores with a takedown into Rasputin's guard. Lesnar is wobbling all over the place through exhaustion. Will he make it to the final bell? Rasputin wants to sweep here but Lesnar controlling him for the moment. Rasputin keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully. Rasputin working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lesnar. Brock Lesnar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. That's four minutes gone in the round. Lesnar advances position into side control! Rasputin isn't going anywhere. Lesnar working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
You can see the frustration on Rasputin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Rasputin takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Rasputin gets back to half guard. Lesnar working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
And that's the end of the fight! Brock Lesnar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lesnar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
