Gouki shoots in looking for a takedown. Alves tries to sprawl out of it but Gouki keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alves manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well Alves has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Knuckles lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Czarny at a distance.
Knuckles cracks Czarny with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Czarny is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Knuckles lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Knuckles connects with the punch.
A jab from Knuckles finds it's way through Czarny's defenses.
Knuckles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Czarny circles away quickly and effectively.
Knuckles is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Czarny hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

Sonnen leaves Mariucci with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mariucci shoots in looking for a takedown. Sonnen tries to sprawl out of it but Mariucci keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sonnen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
