Sullivan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Guns N Roses - Paradise City. Master is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Burn in my light. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Master, pushing him back against the cage. Master has Sullivan pressed against the cage, preventing Sullivan from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Sullivan wants to get back to striking at distance but Master won't allow it.
Sullivan tries to break the clinch but Master is controlling the position. Sullivan is looking to break free of the clinch but Master has double underhooks. Sullivan wants to break the clinch but can't.
Master tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Sullivan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Master's efforts to push away. Sullivan has had enough of the clinch but Master keeps him there for the moment. Sullivan breaks the clinch.
Sullivan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Master fails in his attempt to clinch. Sullivan stuffs the takedown attempt from Master. Master gets slowly back to his feet. Sullivan circles away from the clinch attempt and Sullivan counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson fails with a takedown attempt. Slam keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Wilson shoots for a takedown but Slam saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Monkey Slam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Devon Wilson. Slam gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wilson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wilson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Slam is pulling down on Wilson's head to control his posture. Slam has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Wilson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Wilson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson swings for the body but Slam moves out of range.
Wilson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wilson lands in his opponent's guard. Slam wants to stand and escape but Wilson is having none of it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Slam is on top in guard.
Slam cracks Wilson with a solid left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Slam throws a strike but Wilson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Wilson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wilson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Wilson looks gassed! Slam is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Slam wants to stand up but Wilson is controlling him. Wilson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Slam wants to stand and escape but Wilson is having none of it.

Monkey Slam is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Slam tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wilson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Slam lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wilson backs up against the cage.
Slam throws a lazy right hand but Wilson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Slam throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Monkey Slam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Slam looks to land a combination but Wilson avoids it well. Slam misses with a series of wild punches.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Slam. Slam misses with the combination.
Slam rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wilson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Slam throws a wild body kick that Wilson sees coming a mile off. Wilson slips a jab and a cross from Slam.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Monkey Slam dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Slam throws a sloppy head kick and Wilson moves out of range easily. Slam misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wilson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Wilson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wilson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Slam connects with a nice short shot to Wilson's temple. Slam throwing shots but Wilson is blocking nicely. Slam sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Wilson defending well though. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Slam throwing shots but Wilson is blocking nicely. Slam throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Slam not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Slam scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Slam is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Wilson! BOOM! Slam connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Slam throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Slam scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Wilson is wriggling around trying to escape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Slam scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Wilson?

Monkey Slam dominated that second round. That's time! Slam's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Slam breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wilson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slam swivels and escapes. Wilson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Slam throws a head kick that misses. Wilson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Slam defends it nicely. Monkey Slam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Devon Wilson.

Slam has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wilson is working away from the top position though. Monkey Slam is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Slam knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wilson on the ground.

Wilson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Slam is just riding it out for now. Wilson eventually gives up the hold. Slam is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Wilson pulls his head out easily.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Slam scores with a nice body kick.

And that's the end of the fight! Monkey Slam showed his dominance in that final round. Well Slam has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Tapanakara, right into the meat.
Blaze lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Blaze tries to clinch but Tapanakara moves out of range. Tapanakara feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Blaze trying to keep a closed guard but Tapanakara is proving a slippery customer.

Tapanakara controlling from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blaze escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tapanakara gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Tapanakara forces his way into half guard. Blaze slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Blaze wants to sweep here but Tapanakara controlling him for the moment.

Tapanakara prevents Blaze from getting back to his feet. Tapanakara trying to control the position from guard on top but Blaze is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tapanakara drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Tapanakara seems to have locked his on tight now - Blaze screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Tapanakara, as he picks up the win!

Bialoszewski is absolutely delighted - when Sarkisyan wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

He catches Sudo napping and manages to drive through into side control! Sudo is trying to improve his position. Ochi trying to control the action but Sudo is working from the bottom. Sudo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Ochi trying to pass the guard but Sudo defending well. Sudo is looking to control Ochi's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sudo avoid being mounted? Ochi frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Ochi controlling from the full mount. Sudo can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sudo is working hard here to advance position. Sudo tries to lock up and control but Ochi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ochi trying to control but he's not successful this time. Ochi is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Sudo has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Sudo! Ochi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sudo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ochi looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nig shoots in for a takedown but Meier shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nig walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Good shot there by Meier. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Meier fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Nig out cold! Brutal finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grayce throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Some bone on bone action there as Nguyen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Grayce misses with a head kick.
Grayce looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Grayce tries to score with a low kick but Nguyen moves his leg out of the way. Grayce tries to bum rush Nguyen with a series of wild strikes but Nguyen uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Grayce misses with a jab, cross combination.
Grayce is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nguyen fails in his attempt to clinch. Grayce throws a front kick aimed at Nguyen's knee but Nguyen avoids it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Grayce throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Grayce misses with a low kick.

Some bone on bone action there as Nguyen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Nguyen misses with a takedown attempt - Grayce sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nguyen avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grayce looks to land a left hand but Nguyen moved out of range nicely. A punch combination from Grayce misses. Grayce throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nguyen shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grayce as he avoids it easily. Early Grayce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of So Nguyen. Nguyen blocks a head kick by Grayce.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Nguyen looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Nguyen tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Nguyen is working to tighten is grip on Grayce's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Grayce has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Nguyen is really squeezing tight and eventually Grayce passes out! Nguyen breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body punch from Balboa. Balboa misses with an uppercut. Hammond saw that one coming. Hammond missing with a left hand there. Balboa was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Balboa fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Balboa connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hammond momentarily.
Hammond closes the distance and clinches up with Balboa, looking for a takedown. Hammond pushes Balboa against the cage but Balboa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Balboa connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hammond momentarily.

It looks like John Hammond has been cut. Balboa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Balboa's corner calls for a 1-2. Balboa obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hammond takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Hammond tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Balboa paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hammond throws the kick towards the body but Balboa avoids it. Balboa moves out of range of the strikes. Hammond looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Hammond thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Balboa to regain full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Balboa manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hammond manages to get himself to full guard.
Hammond has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Balboa off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Hammond shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Balboa lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. A shot to de liver by Balboa. Beautiful body shot. Balboa connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Good shot there by Balboa. Michael Balboa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hammond tries to clinch up. Balboa bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hammond's head backwards. Balboa looks to land a combination. Hammond sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hammond fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Michael Balboa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Hammond. Hammond looks gassed!

Balboa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Balboa lands a jab to the head.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Balboa, as that shot connected.
Balboa darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Balboa tests Hammond's chin there with a solid looking shot. Balboa thuds his right hand into Hammond's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hammond is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Balboa digs a good hook to Hammond's body.
Hammond moves forwards but Balboa connects with a nice, crisp jab. Michael Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Balboa cracks Hammond with a right hand to the side of the head. Balboa throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Hammond stumbling backwards into the cage! Hammond bounces back off the cage towards Balboa, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Balboa lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Balboa celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
