0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gian Dupre LaFlamme! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacare works LaFlamme's body with a nice hook. LaFlamme gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jacare cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Gian Dupre LaFlamme has been cut. Jacare with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jacare clobbers LaFlamme with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. This has been an exciting period of action! Jacare fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. LaFlamme walks straight into a right hand from Jacare - that's dropped him! Jacare jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save LaFlamme from any more punishment! LaFlamme complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cadell throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Queiroz was covering up waiting for the punch and Cadell finishes the takedown easily into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Cadell looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Queiroz keeping full guard, as Cadell tries to pass.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Cadell feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Cadell stands up from Queiroz's guard - Cadell perhaps looking for a knockout. Queiroz with a lazy takedown attempt and Cadell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Boyan Cadell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cadell scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cadell is looking to advance position but Queiroz won't allow it. Cadell decides to return to a standing position. Cadell misses with a double jab
and Queiroz counters with a takedown into side control. Queiroz is trying to get an arm triangle but Cadell is defending well. Cadell gets back to half guard. Cadell keeping hold of Queiroz's head, controlling as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Queiroz is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cadell is just riding it out for now. Queiroz eventually gives up the hold. Queiroz is trying to work for a kimura but Cadell is defending well.

Queiroz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cadell swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cadell working a defensive guard here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Queiroz trying to control the position from guard on top but Cadell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's one minute gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Cadell looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Cadell fails in his attempt to clinch. Cadell goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Diogo Queiroz has been cut. Cadell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Queiroz moves away. Cadell lands a left and a right that send Queiroz crashing to the mat, dazed. Cadell thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cadell cracks Queiroz with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cadell has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Queiroz to stand back up!
Queiroz is rocked! Cadell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Cadell shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Queiroz sprawls well. Queiroz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cadell gets slowly back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cadell lands a brutal head kick. Queiroz looks out on his feet and Cadell throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Sanchez has his takedown stuffed and Tonq counters with a left to the body. Sanchez looks gassed! Sanchez misses with a takedown and Tonq counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sanchez thinking. Tonq connects with a jab. Tonq scores with a jab to the head.

Sanchez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Tonq circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Sanchez to the canvas! Sanchez doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Tonq keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hector lands with a shot to the body. Hector throws out a loose jab but Asher uses good head movement to avoid it. A chopping leg kick lands by Asher. Hector throws a body punch but Asher moves out of range. Asher fakes the leg kick and cracks Hector in the body. Hector throws a lazy right hand but Asher sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Asher keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Asher looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Hector fails with a takedown attempt. Hector throws a right and a left that Asher avoids nicely. Asher moves away from the strike by Hector. Troy Hector seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Asher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hector takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Hector throws a shot from downtown. Asher moves away and avoids it. Asher throws a leg kick but Hector checks it. Hector swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Asher counters with a good low kick that Hector was not able to check. Asher looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Asher throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Hector needs to keep his hands up - Asher had a free shot at his head there. Hector fails with the takedown. Crunch! Asher slams his shin into Hector's torso. Hector takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Asher connects with a nice looking jab.
Hector looks to throw the jab but Asher is out of range. Asher throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Asher fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Asher pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hector scores a takedown into full mount! Hector throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Hector swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Asher is now in Hector's guard. A big mistake from Hector there, giving up the dominant position!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Asher stopping the sweep attempt from Hector. Hector looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Asher wants to get up but he can't break Hector's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hector looking for subs off his back but Asher has passed one foot through into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hector looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Asher pushes past his half guard into mount! Hector is desperately trying to improve his position but Asher has a good base and remains in mount. Hector is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Asher get's back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hector just misses with a punch to the body.
Asher defending well as Hector loads up on a big left hand. Asher throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Asher moves out of range of the strikes. Hector moves out of range as Asher throws a body kick.
Hector shoots in and gets a takedown into Asher's guard. Hector throws a big right hand that misses. Hector thows a big elbow that misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hector postures up in Asher's guard and throws a big left but Asher blocks it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hector throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Asher works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Asher wants to stand and escape but Hector is having none of it. Hector with a flurry of punches that miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Asher counters with a thumping low kick. Hector cracks Asher with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Hector looks to score with a jab to the body but Asher is just out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Hector. Asher does a little dance to reset his feet. Hector misses with a shot to the body and Asher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hector falls off balance throwing a combination
and Asher counters with a nice kick to the body. Asher throws a head kick that misses. Horrible takedown by Hector or perhaps it was just good defense by Asher which made him look bad. Hector missing with a left hand there. Asher was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Asher ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hector swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Asher counters with a straight right hand. Hector has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Asher. Hector takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Asher throws a wild body kick that Hector sees coming a mile off. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hector crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Asher - the referee stops the clock and Hector gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Asher. Hector manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Asher leaves Hector with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Asher takes one to the side of the head.
Asher throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Asher scores with a push kick. Asher keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hector. Asher with a hook. Asher blocks a jab. Asher lands a high kick!

Asher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hector. Asher is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hector can do to turn this around? Asher throws a head kick that misses. Nice shot lands for Asher. Hector throws the left hand but Asher avoids the punch easily. A nice inside leg kick there by Asher. That's going to slow Hector down. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Asher avoids the body shot from Hector.

Asher Asher dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Troy Hector's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Hector shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Asher as he avoids it easily. Asher fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Asher throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Hector misses with a body punch
and Asher counters with a nice body shot. Hector fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A big left from Hector misses. Hector fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Asher manages to avoid it. Hector waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Asher. Hector's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Hector blocks a head kick by Asher.
Asher scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Asher lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hector misses the shot to the body. Asher steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hector. Hector takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A momentary lapse in concentration from Asher enables Hector to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Asher manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hector in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Asher is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hector is controlling him. Hector trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hector trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Asher manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Asher wants to get up but he can't break Hector's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hector is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Asher is aware though and is defending well. Troy Hector has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hector looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Asher passes into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hector is trying is best to control the position here. Hector looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Hector wants to improve his position but Asher is controlling well.

Hector works his way to full guard. Good work. Asher Asher is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hector escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Asher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Asher won't allow Hector to sweep him here. Asher trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hector's guard. Hector working for a triangle but Asher defends it easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hector has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Asher is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hector.
And that's the end of the fight! Troy Hector comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Asher has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Escher manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Leaves on his heels. He'll look to pass Leaves's guard now, I'm sure. Escher working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Escher chips away with some ground and pound. Escher postures up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Medici uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Dylan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Dylan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
