The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gilden has his takedown stuffed and Jackson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Gilden! Jackson lets Gilden back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Matt Gilden has been cut. Jackson tries to clinch but Gilden is having none of it. Oh Gilden is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson is in close to Gilden's body, working some short punches and elbows. Gilden might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jackson with a nice head shot there. Jackson connects with a couple of short punches. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Gilden is retaining full guard.

That has opened up Aleksandr Mogilev's cut even more. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bulk misses with a head kick.

Sarney bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Diaz's head backwards. Diaz paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Diaz rushes Sarney and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Sarney lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Sarney using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Diaz has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Sarney unloads a knee to the mid-section. Sarney connects with a knee to the head.
Diaz jumps guard and drags Sarney to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Diaz has his foot on Sarney's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sarney works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Sarney doesn't defend quickly enough and Diaz has managed to lock this one up! Can Sarney escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Diaz on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McCartney to the mat! McCartney manages to get full guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Martin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. McCartney is controlling Martin's posture. Martin is looking to work some ground and pound but McCartney has wrist control. Martin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Watson with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Watson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Watson is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Watson wants to control from the top but Hammer keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hammer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Watson had his way with M C Hammer in that round. That's time! Watson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Hammer tries to clinch but Watson moves out of range. Hammer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Watson shoots in looking for a takedown but Hammer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Watson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hammer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Watson throws a lazy right hand but Hammer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hammer chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hammer tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hammer digs a good hook to Watson's body.
Hammer throws a body punch but Watson moves out of range. Watson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Watson is trying to get an arm triangle but Hammer is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Watson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Watson is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Hammer will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Watson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Watson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Watson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

He's shot a load of snot all down Hammer's shoulder. That is not cool. The strikes coming from Watson are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Watson looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Hammer is avoiding damage well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Watson scoring with punches and elbows. Watson is working to tighten is grip on Hammer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hammer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Watson is really squeezing tight and eventually Hammer passes out! Watson breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
