The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiencia throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Idle counters with a right hand to the body.
Idle lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Experiencia at a distance.

Experiencia has closed the distance and engaged Idle in a clinch.
Idle tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Idle has Experiencia pushed against the cage.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Idle for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Idle.

Experiencia tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Idle just stands there and leans against the cage.

Experiencia's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Idle fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Experiencia has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Fett counters with a single leg into guard. Hopkins didn't expect that.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Boba Fett will probably get the nod.

Hopkins connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fett's hands.

Fett throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Hopkins throws a low kick but Fett avoids it.

Hopkins finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hopkins has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hopkins and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
