The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kacprzak throws a right and a left that both miss. Kacprzak fails to land with a series of punches.

It looks like Tomasz Kacprzak has been cut. Kacprzak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Loco swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Loco cracks Kacprzak with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Loco has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kacprzak to stand back up!
Kacprzak is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Loco fakes the body blow, causing Kacprzak to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Kacprzak goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sass looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Sass advances to half guard. Hammer blocking the ground and pound attempt from Sass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sass is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Sass wants to control but Hammer is keeping him busy. Sass has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Hammer trying to control from the bottom.
Hammer is trying to get back to full guard. Sass is looking to stall here but Hammer recovers full guard. Hammer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sass is one step ahead there. Hammer is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Nicely done. Hammer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sass's guard. Hammer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hammer working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hammer postures up and lands a big shot to Sass's brow. Hammer is looking to work some ground and pound but Sass has wrist control.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nice strikes from Hammer there. Sass is trying to maintain the position but Hammer is very close to passing his half guard. Hammer tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sass knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Sass wants to control but Hammer is keeping busy.

Sass moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Sass escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hammer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hammer throws a big elbow that misses. Hammer controlling from the top position. Hammer is looking to work some ground and pound but Sass has wrist control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammer throws a strike but Sass rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Sass postures up in Hammer's guard and throws a big left but Hammer blocks it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hammer preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hammer keeping moving, preventing Sass from controlling successfully. Hammer throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Sass shoots in looking for a takedown. Hammer tries to sprawl out of it but Sass keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hammer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Hammer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sass's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hammer scoring with some ground and pound. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sass is on top in guard.

Hammer tries to land a sweep but no joy. Hammer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Hammer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sass!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Routalempi slips a jab from Batchelor. Pekka Routalempi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Routalempi steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Batchelor. That one must have hurt. Routalempi misses with a hook. Batchelor ducked under it nicely. Routalempi takes a swing at Batchelor's ribcage but misses. Routalempi scores with a leg kick.
Batchelor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Routalempi throws a low kick but Batchelor avoids it. Batchelor ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Routalempi moves away. Horrible takedown by Routalempi or perhaps it was just good defense by Batchelor which made him look bad. A bone on bone clash there as Routalempi blocks the leg kick.

Routalempi takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Routalempi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Routalempi is breathing heavily. Routalempi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Batchelor as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pekka Routalempi. That's going to take a lot out of him. This has been an exciting period of action! Batchelor lands with a cross.

Batchelor changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Batchelor looks for the body kick but Routalempi saw that one coming.

Routalempi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Batchelor is able to avoid easily. Batchelor lands a nice leg kick that just misses Routalempi's sensitive parts. Batchelor connects with an inside leg kick. An inside leg kick lands from Batchelor. Batchelor swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Batchelor thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Routalempi if he has to take too many more of those.

Kasteel misses with a short punch on the inside. Kasteel tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Jho's elbow. Kasteel lands an elbow just above Jho 's eye. Jho jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kasteel walks away with a smile on his face. Jho gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Jho ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kasteel moves away. Jho looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kasteel uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jho. Kasteel tries to clinch but Jho moves out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kasteel uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jho. Kasteel pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Jho uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kasteel.
Semmy Kasteel is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. A punch combination from Kasteel misses.
