On his way into the cage it seems that Simon Jackson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Simon Jackson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Adam West! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Josh West and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! West tries for a takedown but Jackson circles away easily and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Jackson moves in looking to clinch but West pushes him off. Jackson avoids a punch combination nicely.
West shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed West's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. West looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but West persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing. Simon Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam West. West moves out of range of the leg kick from Jackson. A combination from Jackson does no damage. Jackson throws an overhand right that lands on West's shoulder, as West tries to avoid the shot. Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. West fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jackson avoids it really well and circles away. Jackson shoots and misses and West counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. West throws a big right hand that misses. Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. West throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson looking to hit a scissor sweep but West is one step ahead there. West working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jackson's head. Jackson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jackson tries to get out of the position. Jackson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jackson keeping moving, preventing West from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. West postures up.
Jackson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Jackson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. West looks a forlorn figure.
West tries to reverse the position but Jackson maintains control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. West bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! West throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Jackson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. West throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jackson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Jackson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jackson is pulling down on West's head to control his posture. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. West missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. West is looking to work some ground and pound but Jackson has wrist control. West throwing strikes from guard but Jackson blocks nicely. West throws a big elbow that misses. Jackson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jackson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. West manages to get himself to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. West striking off his back but it's not causing Jackson any problems. West is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. West lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jackson! West has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jackson's face.
West looking to control but Jackson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. West landing strikes from the mount. West raining down shots from the mount! West controlling from mount. West throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. West cracks Jackson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jackson is looking to improve his position but West isn't that keen on the idea. West is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Jackson can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
West putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! West wants to control the pace but Jackson is squirming around nicely. West scoring with strikes but Jackson is staying in there. West unloading with bombs! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! West quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for West but it's paid off an Jackson is forced to tap! Nice work by West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Holly shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jenkins as he jumps to the side. Holly fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Holly clinches up with Jenkins and pushes him back against the cage. Holly has clasped his hands together around Jenkins's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Jenkins wants to get back to his feet but Holly drags him back down. Jenkins gets back to half guard. Holly prevents Jenkins from improving his position. Holly is nestled in close to Jenkins, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Holly is looking to take a break and control but Jenkins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Holly wants to free his trapped foot but Jenkins is holding on for dear life with his legs. Jenkins wants to improve his position but Holly is controlling well.
Holly wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jenkins keeps working. Jenkins is defending against the submission attempts here by Holly.

Holly has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Holly is stalling in the full guard. Holly won't allow Jenkins to sweep him here. Holly seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Bobby Holly wasn't doing enough on the ground. Holly shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Holly. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A slow jab from Jenkins misses its intended target. Jenkins takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Maxwell Jenkins has been cut. Holly connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Jenkins covering up! Holly comes in with a big uppercut and Jenkins goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Donk. Whoosh catches Howard right on the button with a cross. A momentary lapse in concentration from Howard enables Whoosh to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Howard manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Whoosh looking to pass the guard. Howard is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Whoosh decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Whoosh throws a series of punches but Howard avoids them all with ease. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Howard bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Whoosh throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Whoosh connects with a high kick. Whoosh misses with a straight right. Howard with a poor takedown and Whoosh counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whoosh stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Howard throws up his legs and catches Whoosh in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Whoosh tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Howard! That came out of nowhere!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guida shoots in and drives through. Wagon sprawls well. Guida tries for a takedown but Wagon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Wagon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Chuck Wagon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clay Guida. Guida leaves Wagon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Guida shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Guida not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Wagon blocking the ground and pound attempt from Guida. Guida controlling the pace. Wagon regains full guard. Nicely done. Wagon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Guida postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Guida loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Wagon was covering up waiting for the punch and Guida finishes the takedown easily into guard. Guida must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wagon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Guida doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Guida manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! DaCola checks a leg kick. DaCola scores with a push kick. DaCola closes the distance and pushes Settliff back into the cage. DaCola tries for a takedown but Settliff manages to get underhooks.
DaCola breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. DaCola shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Settliff manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. DaCola gets to his feet. Settliff looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! DaCola changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Settliff tries to avoid it but DaCola manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Settliff to the ground. Settliff escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Settliff throws a push kick but DaCola slaps the foot to one side. DaCola rushes Settliff and presses him up against the cage. DaCola using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Settliff is breathing heavily. DaCola breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
DaCola ducks down and throws a hook to the body. DaCola lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Sam Settliff has been cut. DaCola scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. DaCola throwing shots but Settliff is blocking nicely. DaCola stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. DaCola feints and as Settliff raises his hands in defense, DaCola changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Settliff is working an open guard so DaCola takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. DaCola scores a takedown into full mount! DaCola lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
DaCola has isolated one of Settliff's arms. Settliff looking to fight him off but DaCola twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamokivic throws an overhand right that lands on Wilkins's shoulder, as Wilkins tries to avoid the shot. Yamokivic misses with an uppercut. Yamokivic jabs at Wilkins's body. Wilkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yamokivic sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilkins somewhat. Wilkins takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wilkins fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Yamokivic lands with a nice body punch. Yamokivic misses with a looping left. Wilkins tries for a takedown but Yamokivic circles away easily and Yamokivic counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Yamokivic displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wilkins. Wilkins is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yamokivic misses with a low kick.

Yamokivic is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wilkins. Yamokivic connects with a stiff jab that staggers Wilkins - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Darkim throws a right and a left that Wilson avoids nicely. Darkim lands with a good body shot. Wilson takes a shot right to the bread basket. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Darkim tries to control but Wilson wriggling away. Darkim throwing strikes here but Wilson is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Darkim goes for an armbar but Wilson turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Wilson. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Darkim throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Darkim has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Wilson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Darkim. Darkim is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Darkim is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Wilson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Darkim on the ground. Darkim wants to control but Wilson postures up. Darkim is looking to regain half guard here but Wilson keeps moving and retains side control. Darkim gets back to half guard. Wilson is pressing down on Darkim's thigh, looking to free his foot. Darkim is holding on for now. The fighters are battling for position here. Darkim manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Darkim has an active guard here but Wilson has managed to pass into half guard.

Alucard Darkim dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Wilson scores with a nice head shot. Darkim cracks Wilson with a good jab. Darkim throws out a loose jab but Wilson uses good head movement to avoid it. Wilson tries to clinch there but Darkim circles away.
Darkim shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wilson eats them both and turns towards Darkim to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Wilson looks to throw the jab but Darkim is out of range. Wilson thows a body shot but no joy. Alucard Darkim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Darkim swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wilson. Darkim digs a good hook to Wilson's body.
Wilson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Darkim. Darkim tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wilson swivels and escapes. Wilson fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice sprawl there from Wilson as Darkim shoots in. Wilson connects with a nice looking jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nice cross by Darkim. Darkim changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wilson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Darkim swings around for an armbar but Wilson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Darkim's guard.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wilson works his way back into a safe position though. Darkim keeping moving, preventing Wilson from controlling successfully. Darkim is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Wilson is aware though and is defending well. Wilson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Can Wilson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Darkim on a fantastic submission victory.
