0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jackson Colt! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heleta fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Colt to the ground. Heleta is now in Colt's guard. Heleta throws a strike but Colt rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Colt wants to get up but he can't break Heleta's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Heleta keeping moving, preventing Colt from controlling successfully. Colt throwing strikes but missing. Colt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Colt throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Colt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Colt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Heleta working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Colt.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Colt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Heleta trying to keep a closed guard but Colt is proving a slippery customer.
Colt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Colt engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Heleta keeps the fight on the outside.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Heleta rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Colt counters with a series of strikes. Heleta will be more careful next time no doubt. Colt closes the distance but Heleta moves to the side and Heleta counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Colt throws a combination. Heleta tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Colt shoots in but Heleta avoids the takedown attempt easily. Heleta swings away with a body shot that misses
and Colt moves into the clinch. Heleta prevents the takedown attempt.
Colt changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Heleta fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lavalu Heleta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Colt. Heleta shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Colt defends it nicely.
Heleta throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Colt tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Heleta is in Colt's guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Heleta postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Heleta's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Colt avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Colt can do anything to dispel that myth. Heleta throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Heleta throws a big elbow that misses. Colt tries to land a sweep but no joy. Colt has momentary wrist control but Heleta slips an elbow through the middle. Colt has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Heleta throwing strikes from guard but Colt blocks nicely. Colt manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Heleta manages to get himself to full guard.
Colt trying to control but Heleta is working from the bottom. Colt throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Heleta might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Colt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Colt stands up over Heleta, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Colt throws a big elbow that misses. Heleta being controlled here, momentarily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Colt passes easily into side control. Nice work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Heleta is not content to let Colt control the position. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Jackson Colt dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Heleta lands with a good body shot. Heleta thows a body shot but no joy. Colt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Colt looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Heleta! Heleta is squirming around, avoiding Colt's attempts to control the action. Colt fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
 It looks like Lavalu Heleta has been cut. Colt won't let Heleta get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charles LaFontier! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanantonio misses with a double jab
and LaFontier counters with a nice uppercut. Sanantonio wants to clinch but LaFontier slips to the side and LaFontier counters with a stiff right hand. Sanantonio uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from LaFontier. Sanantonio is looking to clinch. LaFontier digs a good hook to Sanantonio's body.
Sanantonio tries to land a front kick but LaFontier steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Sanantonio wants to clinch. LaFontier dips to his left and cracks Sanantonio with an uppercut! LaFontier lands an overhand right. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. LaFontier lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
LaFontier works Sanantonio's body with a nice hook. LaFontier lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sanantonio takes one on the button. Sanantonio takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sanantonio darts in trying to clinch and LaFontier cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sanantonio throws a combination but it was largely blocked by LaFontier.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from LaFontier.
 Sanantonio is rocked! Sanantonio tries to clinch letting LaFontier counter with a right hand. Oh Sanantonio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! LaFontier throws a right and a left that Sanantonio avoids nicely. Sanantonio seems to have got his legs back now. Sanantonio tries to bum rush LaFontier with a series of wild strikes but LaFontier uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sanantonio walks into a stiff left hand from LaFontier. LaFontier lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Sanantonio can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from LaFontier and Sanantonio drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by LaFontier.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles LaFontier! Charles LaFontier decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welsh moves into the clinch. Buchanan managing to block the knees to the body from Welsh.
Welsh jumps into guard, dragging Buchanan to the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Welsh controls Buchanan momentarily but Buchanan frees himself. Buchanan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Welsh keeping moving, preventing Buchanan from controlling successfully.
Buchanan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Welsh is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Buchanan, into his guard. Welsh is looking to stand up but Buchanan won't let him.
Buchanan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Welsh doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Buchanan is tightening it up a little... Welsh has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Welsh reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Welsh taps out! Nice BJJ there by Buchanan!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nutt swings for the body but Jackson moves out of range.
Nutt throws a body kick that misses. Nutt throws the kick towards the body but Jackson avoids it. Nutt throws a leg kick and Jackson counters with a lovely shot to the body. Nutt throws a leg kick and Jackson counters with a right hand to the body. The fighters circling - Nutt throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Nutt throws a poor cross that misses
and Jackson counters with a left to the body. Nutt throws an overhand right that lands on Jackson's shoulder, as Jackson tries to avoid the shot. Hazle Nutt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nutt thows a body shot but no joy. Jackson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd cheers as Jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nutt doesn't seem phased though. Nutt lets loose with a powerful body kick. Jackson will feel that in the morning.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nutt lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. Nutt moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Nutt has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jackson finds it's way round the side to connect with Nutt's head. Jackson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Nutt tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it. Nutt throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Nutt looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jackson misses with a straight left. Jackson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Jackson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Nutt dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jackson. That did some damage! Nutt fails in his attempt to clinch. Nutt throws a nice outside leg kick. Nutt connects with a solid leg kick. Nutt ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Jackson is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No joy there for Jackson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Nutt throws a nice inside leg kick. A slapping body kick lands there for Nutt. Nutt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Jackson moves out of range of the body kick. Nutt lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. A clash of legs there as Jackson blocks the low kick. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Jackson might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Nutt has got the better of the exchanges. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Nutt.
Nutt misses the shot to the body. Nutt tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nutt tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jackson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nutt throws a lazy right hand but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Jackson moves out of range of the body kick from Nutt.
Jackson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Nutt, right into the meat.
Nutt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Some bone on bone action there as Jackson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Nutt is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jackson can do to turn this around? Nutt swings away with a leg kick that misses. Nutt tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jackson is able to avoid easily. Jackson walks into a stiff left hand from Nutt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nutt tried to score with a low kick but Jackson checks it. Jackson has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Nutt. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nutt fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Jackson avoids a kick to the body.

Jackson is trying to force a seperation but Nutt has the dominant position. Nice body punch from Nutt. Nutt lands on the inside with an uppercut.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Nutt fakes the leg kick and cracks Jackson in the body. Hazle Nutt is winning the standup battle so far. Jackson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nutt throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Nutt looks for the body kick but Jackson saw that one coming. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Nutt. Jackson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Nutt. Nutt throws a leg kick which misses Jackson's front leg but catches the back leg as Jackson tries to avoid it. Nutt throws a looping overhand right but Jackson ducks down to avoid it. Nutt scores with a spinning back kick! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nutt ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jackson moves away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Nutt. Nutt obviously looking to wear him down.

Nutt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jackson. Nutt throws a front kick that sends Jackson stumbling back into the cage.

Nutt thows a body kick. Jackson tries to catch it but that hurt him. An inside leg kick lands from Nutt. Jackson staying out of range there. Nutt scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nutt works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Nutt looks to score with a jab to the body but Jackson is just out of range. Jackson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Jackson has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Nutt. Jackson is trying to break the clinch but Nutt is controlling him. A short right from Nutt. Jackson is wobbling all over the place through exhaustion. Will he make it to the final bell? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tires fails in his attempt to clinch. Tires is looking to clinch. Wainwright swings away with a leg kick that misses. Tires misses the shot to the body. Tires with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wainwright to score with a decent uppercut. Wainwright throws a jab when Tires was well out of range. Tires goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
 It looks like Paul Wainwright has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nice body kick there by Tires. Tires is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tires connects with a solid leg kick. Tires thows a body shot but no joy. Wainwright clobbers Tires with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Wainwright avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Tires avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Tires looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Tires slips a straight right by Wainwright. Wainwright has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tires. and Tires counters with a good, hard body kick but Wainwright shrugs it off. Wainwright walks forward, straight into a front kick from Tires. Wainwright is breathing heavily.
Tires rushes Wainwright and presses him up against the cage.
Tires breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Wainwright jabs Tires right on the nose. Tires blinks but takes it well. Tires takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tires throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. A kick lands to the mid section there for Tires. Tires scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Tires throws a quick inside leg kick.

Tires cracks Wainwright with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crunch! Tires slams his shin into Wainwright's torso. Tires chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Wainwright gets tackled into the cage by Tires. Tires maintains the clinch. Oh Wainwright is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Wainwright will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Tires misses with an elbow over the top. A short right from Tires. Tires throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Clinched against the cage, Tires lands a big elbow that drops Wainwright! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Wainwright is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
