Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damian Roshan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dingle Berrian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roshan comes to the cage accompanied by Linkin Park-Bleed It Out. Berrian has chosen Run This Town as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Roshan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That was a close second round but I would say that Maek Houzo will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Hansen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Houzo is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hansen, into his guard.

Hansen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hansen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Hansen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
