Laar looks to throw a body kick
and Tucker cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Laar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Tucker counter with a right hand.
Tucker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Laar back to the cage. Tucker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Tucker moves out of range of the body kick.
Tucker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Arvo Laar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tucker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Laar sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Duberry kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pass Out - Tinie Tempah. And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Simon Williams!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams blocks a jab.
Williams works the jab nicely.
Williams walks into a stiff left hand from Duberry.
Duberry buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Duberry bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Duberry throws a leg kick that misses.
Williams moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Williams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Duberry pinned against the cage. Duberry gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Williams.
Williams connects with a solid leg kick.
Williams scores with a jab to the head.

Williams moves into the clinch.
Duberry wants to break the clinch but can't.
Williams throws a head punch that misses.
Williams gets through Duberry's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Williams drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Duberry gets the underhooks and prevents it.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Duberry.

Williams manages to break the clinch.
Williams takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Duberry misses with a hook to the body
and Williams counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Williams feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Duberrys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

It looks like Fidel Duberry has been cut.
Williams takes a swing at Duberry's ribcage but misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Williams sends Duberry crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Williams is motioning to the referee to let Duberry up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Williams.
Williams throws a body kick that misses.
Good work by Williams as he checks the leg kick.
Williams uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Duberry.
Williams keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Duberry.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Williams bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Duberry's head.

Duberry is rocked!
Williams darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Duberry's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Williams before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
