Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Juan Jose Moreno Cuenca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fou Rthihovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moreno Cuenca kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Yo, el vaquilla. Rthihovsky is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by That Smell - Lynyrd Skynyrd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter wants to clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Oliveira walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Oliveira sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Oliveira feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hunter's calf.
Oliveira lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch but Hunter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ernesto Oliveira's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oliveira fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hunter.

Autumn Hunter is winning the standup battle so far.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hunter lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Oliveira has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Oliveira and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
