I think David might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to PRINCE RAMA - RAGHUPATI. Kringle has chosen Wating on the world to change, by John Mayer as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Larry David! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chris Kringle! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kringle gets the takedown into side control. Kringle wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by David, who protects the arm well. Kringle wants to lay and pray for a moment but David keeps working. David knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kringle on the ground. David is looking for a sweep. David sneaks back into half guard. David on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if David tries to get out of the position. David slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kringle gets to his feet - David follows without any prompting. Kringle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kringle keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
No joy there for Kringle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kringle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. David throws a front kick aimed at Kringle's knee but Kringle avoids it well. David throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A slapping body kick lands there for David.
That's two minutes gone in the round. David with a body punch. A glancing blow. No luck with that takedown attempt from Kringle. Kringle moves out of range as David strikes. Kringle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. David throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! David keeps the fight on the outside. Nice body kick from David. Kringle looks to land a combination but David avoids it well. David circles away from the clinch attempt and David counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Kringle looks winded! David cracks Kringle with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. David throws a leg kick which misses Kringle's front leg but catches the back leg as Kringle tries to avoid it.

Kringle lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. David scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kringle in his tracks. David checks a leg kick. David tries to keep at a distance but Kringle has taken the fight into the clinch. Kringle breaks the clinch.

and David counters with a thumping low kick. David turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Kringle tries to grapple but his opponent circles and David counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A jab lands there for David. David stuns Kringle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Kringle stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from David. David lands with a kick to the ribs.
A decent looking body kick lands there for David. A kick lands to the mid section there for David. Kringle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. David scores with a leg kick.
David lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! David doesn't manage to clinch there - Kringle circles away.
Kringle's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. David explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Kringle on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Chris Kringle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kringle on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Halo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Soderberg. Soderberg content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Halo preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Halo tries to strike from the bottom.

Toe stalks Koskinen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Koskinen's face. Koskinen staggers backwards, shaken. Toe moves away from the strike by Koskinen. Koskinen misses with a straight right. Toe walks into a left hand. Koskinen jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Okami wants to get back to his feet. Van damm is working for a submission of some sort.

Brit moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Barrett goes down! Can Brit finish him!? We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Brit postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Brit dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Mullen scores with a shot to the side of Cain's head. Cain ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cain no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Mullen won't allow Cain to sweep him here. Mullen is looking to stand up but Cain won't let him. Cain keeping full guard, as Mullen tries to pass. Mullen pushes down on Cain's leg and manages to get into half guard. Mullen controlling the pace. Mullen passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Cain! Mullen is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Mullen needs to keep his hands up - Cain had a free shot at his head there. Cain throws a head kick but Mullen moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Mullen wants to slow Cain down by chopping away at his legs. Mullen scores with a jab to the body. Mullen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. This has been an exciting period of action! Cain checks a low kick from Mullen. Cain lands a slapping body shot.
Cain connects with a leg kick. Mullen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Nice uppercut lands for Cain. That snapped Mullen's head back.
Mullen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Cain checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Cain keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Mullen throws a wild body kick that Cain sees coming a mile off. Cain's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mullen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cain scrambles back to his feet. Mullen digs a good hook to Cain's body.

Cain scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Mullen connects with an inside leg kick. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Cain works Mullen's body with a nice hook. Mullen lands with an uppercut that bounces Cain off the cage and back into range. Mullen avoids the body shot from Cain.
Cain's corner calls for a 1-2. Cain obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mullen lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Mullen walks into a straight right hand from Cain. Cain is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Cain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mullen. Cain staying out of range there. Nice defenses there by Cain. Mullen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Cain. Cain gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mullen.
Cain is rocked! Mullen tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Cain is able to avoid easily. Cain slips a jab from Mullen. Mullen blocks a leg kick. Cain throws a low kick but Mullen moves out of range easily. Mullen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mullen throws a half hearted mid kick. Cain keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mullen. Mullen thows a body shot but no joy. Cain uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mullen. Cain fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mullen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Cain throws a half hearted mid kick. Cain takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Oh Cain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Mullen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Cain.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mullen scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Mullen lands with a good body shot. Cain seems to have got his legs back now. Mullen throws a looping overhand right but Cain ducks down to avoid it. Cain keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mullen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mullen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Cain fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Cain delivers a nice body kick. Mullen fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A bone on bone clash there as Cain blocks the leg kick.
Cain lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Cain lands a jab to the nose. Cain uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mullen. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cain throws a push kick but Mullen slaps the foot to one side. Cain scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Mullen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Cain. Mullen thumps Cain with a low kick. Mullen's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Cain shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mullen's guard. Cain advances position into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cain has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Mullen! Cain working away from the top, dropping strikes. Mullen is wriggling around trying to escape.
Cain can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mullen is looking to escape. Cain is looking to work his way around to Mullen's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Mullen is wriggling around trying to escape.

Cain looking to control but Mullen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Cain tries to take his opponent's back but Mullen turns with him and manages to move into guard on the top. Nice work. Mullen won't allow Cain to sweep him here. Cain has his foot on Mullen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mullen works his way back into a safe position though. Mullen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cain has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mullen has managed to get both his arms back between Cain's legs - danger averted. Mullen sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Scott Cain overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Cain takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. This has been an exciting period of action! Mullen lands a big head kick that sends Cain tumbling to the mat! Mullen takes a step backwards and waves Cain back to his feet - he wants the finish! Mullen jabs Cain to the body, keeping him at a distance. Mullen misses with a body shot.

Chris Mullen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Mullen cracks Cain on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Cain falls backwards against the cage. Mullen follows up with more strikes that drop Cain to his knees. Mullen keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Cain! This one is all over!
