The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Phooey. That did some damage!
Hill shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Phooey eats them both and turns towards Hill to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Phooey throws a wild body kick that Hill sees coming a mile off.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hill.
Hill throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hill uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Phooey has time to react.
Phooey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hill moves away.
Hill takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Phooey uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hill.
Phooey connects with a high kick.
Hill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
