The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phooey ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kyle throws a good cross that connects.
Kyle throws out a loose jab but Phooey uses good head movement to avoid it.
Phooey checks a leg kick.
Kyle lands a glancing blow to the side of Phooey's head.
Kyle takes a swing at Phooey's ribcage but misses.
Kyle pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Phooey misses with a double jab.
Phooey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kyle is looking to clinch.
Phooey looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Kyle's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kyle duly obliges.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kyle drops his hands momentarily and Phooey takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kyle looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Phooey fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kyle looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The fighters circle, before Kyle throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Phooey's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Kyle lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
