Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Fonseca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lei Kung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fonseca might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Guns n' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lei Kung! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Fonseca misses. Kung moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Fonseca throws a push kick but Kung slaps the foot to one side. Kung uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fonseca. Kung avoids the body shot from Fonseca.
Kung throws a good cross that connects.
Fonseca throws a predictable looking body shot
and Kung counters with a head kick. Fonseca jabbing away but nothing is landing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fonseca throws a leg kick and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Kung tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Fonseca stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kung. Kung misses with a low kick.
Fonseca throws a jab but it's blocked by Kung. A chopping leg kick lands by Kung. Kung scores with a sloppy right hand. Fonseca should have avoided that one. Kung avoids the head kick by Fonseca.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kung misses with a body kick. Kung circles away from the clinch attempt and Kung makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Kung is looking to land body kicks. Fonseca thows a leg kick but Kung checks it and Kung counters with a solid body kick. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kung, right into the meat.
Nice defenses there by Fonseca. Good leg kick by Kung there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Fonseca walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fonseca on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Fonseca is breathing heavily. Kung lands with an uppercut that bounces Fonseca off the cage and back into range. Fonseca throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Fonseca throws a push kick but Kung slaps the foot to one side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fonseca misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kung checks a leg kick nicely. Fonseca throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Fonseca gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Kung throws a nice outside leg kick. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kung. Fonseca shrugs it off though. Kung buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kung lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Fonseca crumples to the floor! Kung milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Lei Kung! An out of breath Lei Kung thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

29 - 25 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tane Thompson! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thompson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Abaddon. Abaddon dips down and scores with a jab to the body. A bone on bone clash there as Thompson blocks the leg kick.
Abaddon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thompsons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Thompson cracks Abaddon with a right hand to the side of the head. Abaddon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thompson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Thompson thuds his right hand into Abaddon's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Thompson throws a low kick but Abaddon avoids it. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Thompson. A leg kick checked by Thompson. Abaddon moves out of range as Thompson strikes. Thompson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Abaddon slips a jab from Thompson. Nice defenses there by Abaddon. Thompson moves out of range as Abaddon strikes. Abaddon looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Abaddon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Abaddon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Thompson has his foot on Abaddon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Abaddon works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thompson keeping moving, preventing Abaddon from controlling successfully. Abaddon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Thompson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Abaddon drops back, looking for a kneebar! Thompson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Thompson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Thompson! Thompson landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Abaddon is looking for a sweep. Abaddon being controlled for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Thompson throws a strike aimed at the side of Abaddon's head but Abaddon avoids it well. Thompson lands an elbow. Abaddon tries to buck Thompson off but Thompson is having none of it. Thompson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Thompson advances nicely into full mount. Thompson controlling the position easily from mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Thompson scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Abaddon takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Abaddon is looking to improve his position but Thompson isn't that keen on the idea. Thompson lands a couple of good shots and Abaddon has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Abaddon is really stuck here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Thompson patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Abaddon preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Thompson. Abaddon can't escape the position.
Abaddon tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Thompson lands a couple of good shots and Abaddon has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Well, with Thompson on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Abaddon is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Abaddon is keeping busy.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Thompson has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Abaddon's body.

Abaddon feints and then cracks Thompson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Thompson down. Abaddon looks to land a right hand but Thompson moved out of range. Thompson misses with a kick to the body.

Thompson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Thompson throws a sloppy head kick and Abaddon moves out of range easily. Thompson takes one to the chin there. Thompson ducks right into an uppercut from Abaddon. Thompson throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thompson throws a head kick that misses. A slapping leg kick lands for Thompson.
Thompson misses with a body kick. Abaddon with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Abaddon fails to land the takedown. Thompson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James throws a leg kick and Gracie counters with a takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Gracie throwing shots but missing, from side control. James is looking to regain half guard here but Gracie keeps moving and retains side control. Gracie lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. James is not content to let Gracie control the position. James is trying to improve his position. Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! James taking a bit of punishment here - Gracie scoring with strikes.

It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Gracie creates some space and throws a big elbow, but James sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Scott misses. Dessler explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Dessler fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Scott is out of range. Scott throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nolan lands a nice leg kick that just misses Steele's sensitive parts. Steele throws a nice inside leg kick. Steele tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Nolan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Steele takes a body punch but keeps moving. Steele fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nolan manages to avoid it. Steele throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nolan's head.
It looks like Christian Nolan has been cut. Steele throws a big shot that misses. Steele misses with a body kick.
