The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Archer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pearson was well out of range. Poor timing from Archer. Pearson darts in and clinches Archer up against the cage. A short uppercut from Pearson. Pearson prevents a body shot from Archer. Pearson working some nice short punches in the clinch. Pearson lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Sterling Archer has been cut. Archer tries to throw a body punch but Pearson avoids it by throwing Archer back against the cage. Archer tries to break the clinch but Pearson is controlling the position. Pearson dips a shoulder and cracks Archer with a mighty uppercut! Archer falls back against the cage and Pearson unloads with a barrage of strikes! Archer is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Pearson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malik fails in his attempt to clinch. Parker wants to clinch up but Malik keeps it at a distance. Malik goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Sean Parker has been cut. Malik pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Malik throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Parker. Parker throws a right and a left that Malik avoids nicely. Malik throws a sloppy head kick and Parker moves out of range easily. Parker doesn't succeed with the takedown and Parker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Malik swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Malik wants to clinch up but Parker keeps it at a distance. Malik tries to clinch but Parker is having none of it. Malik tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Parker paws at him with a jab and circles away. Parker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker swats away the attempt to clinch by Malik. The fight moves into the clinch position. Parker seems to have recovered his senses. Malik's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Malik throws a sloppy head kick and Parker moves out of range easily. Malik lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Parker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Malik moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Parker shoots in looking for a takedown. Malik tries to sprawl out of it but Parker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Malik manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Parker fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Waleed Malik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Parker. Parker misses with a double jab.

Parker shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Malik sprawls well. Malik wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Parker gets slowly back to his feet. Parker looks winded! Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Malik! Parker is out on his feet! Malik rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Parker is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Parker is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Lupaus in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lupaus trying to control the position from guard on top but Donati is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lupaus tries to free his leg and advance position but Donati is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lupaus controls from within his opponent's guard. Donati keeping moving, preventing Lupaus from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Nuppu Lupaus was stalling too much, according to the referee. Donati tries a low kick but Lupaus avoids it.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lupaus throws out a loose jab but Donati uses good head movement to avoid it. Donati gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Lupaus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Donati moves away. Donati fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lupaus manages to avoid it. A combination from Donati does no damage. Donati scores with a jab. Lupaus acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Donati throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Donati tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lupaus swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lupaus jabs Donati right on the nose. Donati blinks but takes it well. Donati swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Donati is looking to wear down Lupaus with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Donati bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A looping hook to the body misses from Donati. Lupaus does a little dance to reset his feet. Lupaus misses the shot to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Virgil Donati will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Donati gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lupaus. Donati lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lupaus backs up against the cage.

Lupaus is still on wobbly legs! Can Donati finish him? Donati connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Lupaus! He's out on his feet! Donati rushes in and drops Lupaus with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Virgil Donati! After the fight, Virgil Donati was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

He's just covering up as San Pedro starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

That's going to take a lot out of him. Moorehead pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Moorehead lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Trautman has a takedown stuffed. Trautman misses with a takedown and Moorehead counters with a nice leg kick. Moorehead lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Trautman tries for a takedown but Moorehead circles away easily letting Moorehead counter with a right hand. Trautman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Moorehead as he avoids it easily. Moorehead has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Trautman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Trautman tries to keep at a distance but Moorehead has taken the fight into the clinch. Moorehead has Trautman pressed against the cage, preventing Trautman from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trautman is trying to pull guard but Moorehead has him pressed against the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trautman pulls guard effortlessly. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Moorehead passes Trautman's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Moorehead is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Moorehead is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Trautman sees it coming and defends easily. Trautman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Moorehead working over Trautman with some ground and pound. Trautman looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Moorehead looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Moorehead tries to pass the half guard into mount. Trautman knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moorehead is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Trautman defends it well. Trautman works his way to full guard. Good work. Moorehead got a little sloppy there for a moment and Trautman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moorehead has managed to get both his arms back between Trautman's legs - danger averted. Moorehead with a flurry of punches that miss. Moorehead is looking to work some ground and pound but Trautman has wrist control. Moorehead trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Moorehead trying to control but Trautman is working from the bottom. Trautman is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Moorehead is aware though and is defending well. Moorehead throwing strikes but missing. Moorehead stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trautman swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Moorehead avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Moorehead content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Trautman preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Moorehead postures up in Trautman's guard and throws a big left but Trautman blocks it. Moorehead wants to control from the top but Trautman keeps moving. Moorehead loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Trautman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moorehead defends well. Moorehead must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Moorehead makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Trautman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Trautman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Trautman with a poor takedown and Moorehead counters with an inside leg kick. Moorehead throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Trautman on the side of the head. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Trautman ducks right into an uppercut from Moorehead. Trautman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moorehead's waist but Moorehead gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Trautman off to one side.

Trautman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Moorehead drops back looking for a leg! Trautman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Trautman manages to kick Moorehead off! Moorehead jumps back into Trautman's guard. Craven Moorehead has got the better of the ground game so far. Moorehead throws a big right hand that misses. Moorehead scoring with punches to the head and body. Trautman throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Trautman misses with a takedown attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Willians Trautman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Moorehead lands a jab to Trautman's midsection. Moorehead throws out a powerful jab. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Trautman on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Moorehead has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Trautman misses with the combination.

Smith tries for a takedown but Brit circles away easily and Brit counters with a lovely straight right hand! Brit checks a low kick from Smith. Brit connects with a leg kick. Smith looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Smith shoots in looking for a takedown but Brit manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Smith's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Smith scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Brit doesn't seem bothered though. Brit punishes Smith's body with a nice straight punch. Smith fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brit avoids it really well and circles away. Nice sprawl there from Brit as Smith shoots in. Brit looks to land a left hand but Smith moved out of range nicely.
