The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurtz throws a leg kick which misses Samani's front leg but catches the back leg as Samani tries to avoid it.
Samani throws a series of punches but Kurtz moves out of range.
Kurtz blocks the body kick.
Kurtz throws a hook to the side of Samani's head but Samani sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kurtz swats away the attempt to clinch by Samani.
A combination from Samani does no damage.
Samani throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Kurtz counters with a leg kick.
Samani tries to land a front kick but Kurtz steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
