Carlton drops Tires with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tires looks back up at him and smiles so Carlton waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Tires seems to have got his legs back now.
Carlton keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Carlton throws a nice outside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Carlton lands a big right hand that sends Tires crashing to the mat! Carlton stays standing though and waves Tires back to his feet!
Carlton cracks Tires's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Tires slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Carlton can do further damage! This one is done, son!
