Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hanz Stokenhizer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Suarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stokenhizer comes to the cage accompanied by The Lucky Bullets "Cross the Line". Suarez has chosen Skindred - Rat Race as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Stokenhizer. Suarez shoots in for a takedown but Stokenhizer shows good takedown defense. A head kick misses from Stokenhizer. Suarez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stokenhizer is fending him off so far but Suarez persists. Nope, Stokenhizer circles away and we're back to standing. Stokenhizer throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Suarez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hanz Stokenhizer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Suarez. Suarez tries for a takedown but Stokenhizer circles away easily and Stokenhizer makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Suarez really felt that one! Stokenhizer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stokenhizer counters with a head kick. That will keep Suarez thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! A right-left combo lands from Suarez. Suarez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Suarez lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A nice combination there by Suarez.
Suarez with a lazy takedown attempt and Stokenhizer counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Stokenhizer prevents a takedown attempt there.
Suarez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stokenhizer is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stokenhizer with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Suarez is fighting off a takedown attempt but Stokenhizer is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Suarez to the mat. Suarez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stokenhizer wants to control from the top but Suarez keeps moving. Stokenhizer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Suarez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Hanz Stokenhizer has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Suarez gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Stokenhizer to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Suarez pulls Stokenhizer in close to prevent any damage. Stokenhizer stopping the sweep attempt from Suarez. Suarez keeps trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Stokenhizer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Hanz Stokenhizer just wasn't active enough. A head kick misses from Stokenhizer. Antonio Suarez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Suarez tries for a takedown but Stokenhizer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stokenhizer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Suarez.

Hanz Stokenhizer dominated that round. That's time! Stokenhizer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Stokenhizer defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Suarez. Stokenhizer tries to clinch up but Suarez circles away and keeps his distance. Suarez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stokenhizer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stokenhizer wants it to stay on the feet. Stokenhizer lands with a slapping head kick. Suarez doesn't succeed with the takedown and Stokenhizer counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Hanz Stokenhizer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Suarez. Suarez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stokenhizer defends it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suarez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Suarez shoots for a double leg takedown but Stokenhizer sprawls well. He's pushed Suarez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Suarez is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stokenhizer's half guard. Suarez works his foot free and advances to mount. Stokenhizer taking shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Suarez goes for an armbar but Stokenhizer turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Stokenhizer. Suarez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Suarez is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Suarez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Suarez pushes down on Stokenhizer's leg and manages to get into half guard. Stokenhizer tries to roll over but Suarez keeps him under control. Suarez not landing any meaningful shots this time. Suarez is working for a kimura but Stokenhizer is defending it quite comfortably.

Suarez looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Suarez is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stokenhizer sees it coming and defends easily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Suarez in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Stokenhizer tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Suarez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rose moves into the clinch successfully.
Lancing looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Lancing tries to break the clinch but Rose is controlling the position. A nice right hand lands inside from Rose. Rose lands a right hand that snaps the head of Lancing backwards. Rose pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rose rushes Lancing and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rose throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lancings head. Rose breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rose scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rose cracks Lancing with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Rose has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lancing to stand back up!
Lancing is rocked! Rose shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Lancing takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Rose sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Lancing bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ripley looking to score a takedown here. Dawson is defending well but Ripley drives through and ends up in Dawson's guard. Dawson keeping moving, preventing Ripley from controlling successfully. Ripley postures up and lands a big shot to Dawson's brow. Dawson keeping moving, preventing Ripley from controlling successfully. Ripley is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dawson throws a head kick that misses. Ripley slips a jab from Dawson. Ripley shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Dawson looks to throw the jab but Ripley is out of range. Dawson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Dawson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ripley pinned against the cage. Ripley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ripley moves into range and clinches up with Dawson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ripley pulls guard. Dawson has gone for a leg lock! Ripley slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dawson's guard. Dawson looks winded! Ripley slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Ripley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ripley scores with punches from side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Dawson is letting Ripley control him for a moment. Ripley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Ripley decides to stand back up. Ripley looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ripley throws a right and a left that Dawson avoids nicely. Ripley steps into range and cracks Dawson with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Dawson flops backwards and Ripley dives into his guard looking to finish!
Dawson is rocked!
It looks like Dudley Dawson has been cut. Ripley gets to his feet. Dawson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ripley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oooh a lovely combination from Ripley sends Dawson down but not out. Ripley dives into side control looking to finish. Dawson is still in real trouble! Can Ripley finish him? Ripley lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Dawson! Ripley senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Dawson out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!

Fraizer scores with a jab to the body. Nice sprawl there from Fraizer as Westen shoots in. Horrible takedown by Westen or perhaps it was just good defense by Fraizer which made him look bad. Fraizer lands a body shot.
Westen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fraizer is fending him off so far but Westen persists. Nope, Fraizer circles away and we're back to standing. I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fraizer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Westen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Fraizer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Westen was covering up waiting for the punch and Fraizer finishes the takedown easily into guard. Fraizer throwing strikes from guard but Westen blocks nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fraizer trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fraizer is looking to work some ground and pound but Westen has wrist control. Fraizer with a flurry of punches that miss. Fraizer working some strikes from top position. Fraizer throwing strikes but missing. Westen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fraizer controls the pace. Fraizer wants to control from the top but Westen keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fraizer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Fraizer working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Westen's head. Fraizer throws a big elbow that misses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fraizer wants to control from the top but Westen keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fraizer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fraizer distracts Westen with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Fraizer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Westen is keeping the position for now.

Fraizer is landing with some decent strikes but Westen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Fraizer with good strikes from the mount here! Westen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Westen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fraizer but Fraizer pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fraizer connects with a superb combination that knocks Westen out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Fraizer before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Westen!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fish misses with a takedown attempt and Ketchum counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fish takes a body punch but keeps moving. Ketchum avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fish walks into a stiff left hand from Ketchum. Ketchum's corner calls for a 1-2. Ketchum obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Fish takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Fish gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ketchum. Fish avoids a punch combination nicely.
Fish moves forwards but Ketchum connects with a nice, crisp jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Ketchum takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Fish drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Ketchum is looking to reverse the position. Ketchum is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Rape Academy, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ketchum regains half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ketchum wants to improve his position but Fish is controlling well.
Ketchum is controlling Fish's position as best he can from this difficult position. The fighters are battling for position here. Ketchum manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Ketchum is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Ketchum wants to stand and escape but Fish is having none of it. Fish trying to control the position from guard on top but Ketchum is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ketchum is pulling down on Fish's head. It's preventing any offense from Fish, at least for the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A punch combination from Ketchum misses. Fish with a poor takedown and Ketchum cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Ketchum scores with a body shot.
Ketchum bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. This has been an exciting period of action! Fish shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ketchum pinned against the cage. Ketchum gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nickolai Ketchum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Franky Fish. Ketchum looks to land a combination. Fish sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Fish is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ketchum. Donk. Ketchum catches Fish right on the button with a cross.
Fish is rocked! Ketchum darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Fish is still on wobbly legs! Can Ketchum finish him? Fish wants to clinch. Ketchum is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Ketchum dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ketchum lands with an overhand left. Nickolai Ketchum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ketchum fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Fish to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Fish looks to clinch but Ketchum throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Fish taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
