A head kick from Rivera lands but Hammer takes it in his stride.
Rivera definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rivera changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hammer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rivera has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hammer is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rivera yanks on the arm and Hammer is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rivera.

Buddie Rivera tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

Alvarez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Serafim tries to avoid it but Alvarez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Serafim to the ground. Serafim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Alvarez.
Alvarez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Serafim but Serafim pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Alex Serafim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chad Alvarez.
Serafim throws a looping overhand right but Alvarez ducks down to avoid it.
Serafim loads up on a big right hand but Alvarez slips the punch.
Alvarez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Serafim circles away.
Serafim throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alvarez sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Serafim feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alvarez sprawling to the canvas! Alvarez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Serafim finish him?!

Chin dives in for a single leg takedown but Lurch sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Lurch is trying to trip Chin. He has hold of a leg but Chin is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lurch persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Chin is looking for a triangle but Lurch pushes his legs off easily.
Chin looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lurch trying to control but Chin is working from the bottom.

Lurch is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Chin has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lurch is looking to defend but Chin has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lurch! Chin pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lurch taps out and this one is all over!

Hunter lands a big uppercut and Sar crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sar looks OK. Hunter waves Sar back to his feet!

Sar is rocked!
Hunter lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Sar up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Hunter from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Sar's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
